Awww I love Mika’s music but to be honest, I’m a bigger fan of his brother’s Instagram. He takes beautiful pics of The places he goes and he’s smoking hot. Still trying to figure out if he’s down for men or women.

Enh, it's just one song as a throwback to the old material. We'll be able to judge better when the full album is out. I loved the more mature stuff in the last one so hopefully it'll be more of that.

I agree r11, I'm sorta disappointed by it too. I was hoping for something more like his collaboration with Franco Battiato. The new song seems like a huge backwards step.

Ex-MIKA superfan here. I grew out of him :( Sad to see that he still has not developed musically or lyrically, though I think when I left my teens behind was when I realised he wasn't actually very clever, just ten years older than me

r21 No, they're independently wealthy. However, it pains his parents that he doesn't want to beard anymore as it messes with their social standing. That's more important to them than wealth, which they've always had.

r44 Most of his fans have grown out of it, I think. But he still has the huge name recognition going for him, so he needs to churn out twinkle pop songs in addition to trying out new stuff and dicier lyrics.

There was a huge 8-page spread on him and his family in Tuscany in a recent issue of "Paris Match," complete with boyfriend and Golden Retriever. I live in Ireland, where he hasn't been popular for years (if ever), and I was surprised to see he's still so big elsewhere.

This song is the boppiest one off the new album, in my opinion. Been listening to it on a repeat. I think it might be about cheating / open relationship?
