WAXWORK (1988) & WAXWORK II (1992) - Did you like them?

LOVE this movie!! Such an underrated, under appreciated gem of the ‘80s.

I always thought the vampire sequence seemed like a prototype for Buffy the Vampire Slayer which came out four years later.

And Zach Galligan should have had a bigger career.

This movie was how I learned there was a figure called the Marquise de Sade.

I really enjoyed it when I was a kid. The second one was nowhere as good, but will still ok. They should do a reboot.

Zach Galligan was my first crush. I remember being 6 and dad buying Gremlins so the family could watch it. <3

Did Zack ever do nudity? I feel like he should have done some when he was younger.

They cast way against type with Miles O'Keeffe as Dracula, and I think it works. He looks like he stepped off of a trashy romance novel cover -- the perfect fantasy object for Michelle Johnson's bitchy, shallow character who thinks she can handle any man.

I guess Zach Galligan is divorced and living in Atlanta. He’s a cat lady.

I’m sad that he never had kids. It is such a shame that such physical beauty will not be reproduced. What a shame for humanity and all the future single women and gay guys out there.

Most beautiful people’s kids aren’t as beautiful. Depends what features they get from both parents.

I also feel bad for Deborah Foreman. I feel bad for anybody who used to be famous and beautiful and then their career dries up and they’re older and they’re single with no kids and they’re left having to make a living some other way, like teaching yoga or doing graphic design.

It was rumored Zack was Bisexual before he married his then wife. I think there might be some truth to those rumors after all.

Deborah Foreman was great in the '80s slasher "April Fool's Day" too. I always wondered what happened to her. "Waxwork" is goofy fun, and Zach Galligan is cute in it. I had a female friend who once had a longtime boyfriend who looked almost exactly like him, and I was always sort of jealous.

Zach showed his ass in a movie called All Tied Up. This was years after Gremlins but still pretty hot. He wears tight underwear and his bulge is on display in a few scenes as well. Plus, you get to see him tied up if you're into that sort of thing.
