He is clearly learning disabled. Most certainly dyslexic as well as ADHD. He had behavioral problems as a young teen which is why he was sent to military school. My guess is that his bullying personality is a function of feeling and being told he was stupid due to his dyslexia. Bullying is not an uncommon behavior for kids who are overcompensating due to self-perceived weaknesses.

Secondly, he had previously discussed the fact that he took diet pills/speed. Granted, this was in the 80s, but I've no doubt he's still popping them which would explain why he's up at all hours and seems to have a lot of energy for a man in his 70s.

I don't think of him as having a lot of energy. His energy level seems like cold gravy slowly pouring out of a gravy boat. Adderall would be good for Trump. If he's on it, he's been on it for awhile. He is probably better on it, then not. Adderall is therapeutic for ADHD and Trump definitely has ADHD so I don't see the problem with this drug.
