Finally we can see how much he has spent on McDonalds.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | May 20, 2019 9:39 PM |
OK, now I'm popping the popcorn.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | May 20, 2019 9:41 PM |
It will take SCOTUS to make that happen. Even then...
by Anonymous | reply 3 | May 20, 2019 9:45 PM |
Yay, although I wish all of this had happened BEFORE the election
by Anonymous | reply 4 | May 20, 2019 9:52 PM |
R4, since the House was under Republican control, it could not have happened earlier.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | May 20, 2019 10:18 PM |
He's been running on vapors financially for several decades.
I'll wager those documents never see the light of day. Even if they do and contain damning information, the Trumpettes will just scream, "witch hunt" and claim the judge's decision is invalid because he's in this country illegally.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | May 20, 2019 10:20 PM |
We'll never see them.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | May 20, 2019 11:05 PM |
Follow the money
by Anonymous | reply 8 | May 20, 2019 11:21 PM |
I have the money
by Anonymous | reply 9 | May 20, 2019 11:28 PM |
The thing hew fears the most ( even more than a wooden stake, garlic, or a crucifix) is anything that proves he doesn't have as much money as he claims. If this is disproven, then we will all know he has a tiny dick also.

His accounting firm has a decision to make, follow the direction of their client and be found to be in contempt, or comply with the subpoena. Really no decision I suppose.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | May 20, 2019 11:50 PM |
The new word of the day: "Receipts." Now everyone has to show your receipts!
by Anonymous | reply 12 | May 20, 2019 11:54 PM |
I guess we're about to find out if the Supreme Court still believes in the US Constitution.
Fun fact: the judge that will look at this case in appellate court is Merrick Garland.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | May 21, 2019 12:00 AM |
I think the Supremes know that if they let Trump get away with this, it means our Democracy is doomed and democracy is over. Moreover, there will be a Democrat in the WH again one day, and this sets a very, very bad precedent (not that Gorsuch and Squee or whatever he calls himself give a shit about precedent... but John Roberts sure does!).

The accounting firm is not going to answer because they are in the midst of shutting down their boiler room operation and fleeing to Papua New Guinea where they can avoid extradition.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | May 21, 2019 12:28 AM |
I actually would love it if Garland recused himself and said "I just can't be objective about this fucking asshole."
by Anonymous | reply 16 | May 21, 2019 12:30 AM |
....
by Anonymous | reply 17 | May 21, 2019 12:36 AM |
Uhhh, the dog ate my financials.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | May 21, 2019 12:43 AM |
What about Obama's birth certificate?
by Anonymous | reply 19 | May 21, 2019 2:17 AM |
He showed it, R19.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | May 21, 2019 2:37 AM |
R16 Why should Merrick Garland have to recuse? He had nothing to do with the Trump campaign or Trump administration.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | May 21, 2019 2:40 AM |
You guys, this is too nerve racking for me. Do we have a constitution or do we have a dictatorship. This terrifies me, yet here we are
by Anonymous | reply 23 | May 21, 2019 2:43 AM |
Yawn, he'll refuse anyway.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | May 21, 2019 3:43 AM |
[quote][R16] Why should Merrick Garland have to recuse? He had nothing to do with the Trump campaign or Trump administration.
Gosh I dunno, ask Supreme Court Justice Garland that question.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | May 21, 2019 4:12 AM |
R25 my understanding is this is trumps accounting firm, not trump
by Anonymous | reply 27 | May 21, 2019 4:20 AM |
I do not care. There I said it.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | May 21, 2019 5:03 AM |
Luckily, that court can enforce the ruling by arresting the accounting firm's management if they don't comply. Trump will most likely appeal which goes before Merrick Garland. This will delay it a bit but I can't imagine that Garland will be any less accommodating than the current judge who basically told Trump's lawyer that their argument was stupid. It very well may make it to the Supreme Court but conservative judges will have to really convert themselves into pretzels to overturn the two ruling below it. To overturn the ruling, the court would have to have Chief Justice Robert's vote and I don't think he would support something so blatantly illegal for political purposes. He cares about the reputation of his court. My belief is that Garland will support the lower court's finding and the Supreme Court will choose not to take the case which in essence supports Garland's affirmation. Unfortunately, this takes time. What is just as interesting is this ruling's twin case with Duetsche Bank. Same exact circumstance but with this case we have reporting that there was suspicious activity covered up by the bank. If congress can't investigate that, then we have a king who is above the law.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | May 21, 2019 1:26 PM |
There are no grounds for Garland to recuse himself. You think cause he didn't get re-nominated is a reason? LOL! Then every judge that gets passed over would be forever recusing themselves.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | May 21, 2019 1:29 PM |
Great title, OP! Really!
by Anonymous | reply 31 | May 21, 2019 1:49 PM |
The sale of industrial-sized shredders just skyrocketed.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | May 21, 2019 1:50 PM |
He should fight this all the way to the Supreme Court. That ALWAYS works out for the best, like it did for me.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | May 21, 2019 1:50 PM |
What are they looking for? I can't keep up with all of it.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | May 21, 2019 2:12 PM |
Trump is spinning out of control.
I also want that whore Ivanka to go down with this ship too. Go suck your dad's cock like you do every night, BITCH.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | May 21, 2019 2:14 PM |
So here’s my question. What if the Supreme Court says he must comply. What happens if he ignores it? I suppose his accounting firm couldn’t—unlike like Dump, they literally can be thrown in jail.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | May 21, 2019 2:28 PM |
R22, he doesn't. I just thought it would be awesome if he did for that reason.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | May 21, 2019 3:44 PM |
BITCH TRUMP! YOU DON'T GET EVERYTHING YOU WANT!
#LockHimUp
