I hated this song when it came out and I was an angry teen. But hearing the crap out there now, it's not so bad

I was five or six when this came out and so it’s part of my childhood soundtrack, along with that other queen of drag Karma Chameleon and my early childhood roller skating muse Olivia Newton John’s Fantasia soundtrack. And so I like the song, but this video is something a 12 year old might make for an 80s cable access network, making the best of old Christmas decorations and silly wigs.

Fallon should remake Putting on the Ritz, but the whole blackface part would probably make it way too controversial to get away with unless he cast black people to tapdance in whiteface.
