I like it - trafitional but charming. But where's the pool?
Tasteful Friends - It's Tyler Hoechlin's new house

This bathroom is ugly (and i don't know why he would need so many?). I also find it funny that some fans think this article has been done without his consent.

I distrust the man who engineered that house.
That small square window on the faced is directly where there should be a wall stud supporting the weight above it.

Tear that bitch of a small square window wall down and put a wall stud where it ought to be!

I love you. R3.

But will there be room enough for that nice ass? I mean, it's only 4600+ square feet.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | April 14, 2019 6:01 PM |
R5 have you seen him lately? That ass is gone 😔
by Anonymous | reply 6 | April 14, 2019 6:03 PM |
Who? And that house is banal. Anodyne. Dullsville.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | April 14, 2019 6:05 PM |
The inside is far more impressive than the outside. The front of the house makes it look like a typical cheap suburban tract house.

Wish we had a floorplan, I'm all turned around. What R10 said. I don't like the front porch. Can it be fixed?

The bathrooms have nothing to do with each other which might be OK if they were each good in their own way. But they aren’t. Otherwise it’s great, but I would miss a pool if I lived in LA.

The decks. I guess concrete is functional.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | April 14, 2019 6:25 PM |
Flooring looks like laminate. 1 bathroom is very dated 90's. Staging furniture is bad but not a bad house and location looks good. I have no desire to own a pool so it would suit me just fine.

Instead of a pool he could put in a jacuzzi.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | April 14, 2019 6:36 PM |
So which room is the room he and Tyler Posey are going to fuck in?
by Anonymous | reply 16 | April 14, 2019 6:40 PM |
R16 lol that would go down [italic]real well[/italic] with his fans.

R11, I can sort of make out some of the floor plan for the first floor. When you walk through the front door, you're in the foyer (picture 2). To the left is the living room (picture 3), to the right is the dining room (picture 4). For the dining room photo, the photographer is standing in the corner by the front window looking back toward the foyer and living room. Through the opening in the dining room is the kitchen (pictures 5&6). Off of the kitchen is a second living room (picture 6). The deck with the dining table (picture 19) is on the right corner of the front of the house, accessible from both the dining room and the second living room. Where I get lost is in the bedrooms. I can't tell which are on the first floor and which are on the second floor. And I can't tell where the second deck (picture 18) is relative to anything else.

This house is adjacent to what?
by Anonymous | reply 19 | April 14, 2019 7:06 PM |
It's white adjacent.

It was only a matter of time before this comment showed up.

The house is 100 years old. Some of the bathrooms have not been modernized completely since the 50's obviously. I think the house has been added onto multiple times in the last 100 years. That one bathroom with the arched alcove the tub is in is clearly in the original structure.

What’s this about?
by Anonymous | reply 23 | April 14, 2019 7:40 PM |
Thanks R18. I was wondering if the second deck was the top floor?
by Anonymous | reply 24 | April 14, 2019 9:49 PM |
R22 I don't believe that house is 100 years old. A traditional builder would NOT place a window where the wall stud should be supporting the floor above it.

An annoying one.
