Quite the opposite OP, men are far more into their sperm than women are? it isn't women who want them not to wear condoms or want to be dealing with their bodily fluids in their mouth, or wanting them to ejaculate on them/their face - those are male fantasies and some of them are about the subjugation/degradation/'ownership' of women. I'm not saying there can't be respectful straight relationships where sperm is a factor (apart from desired pregnancy of course) .
