If the homosex is illegal in Russia, why then are there so many webcam boys/couples on the interwebs from there? Aren't they worried about being found out or is it a spy thing where they log your ISP?

I have a Russia friend who just got back from Moscow.
He said a lot of Putin's inner circle is gay. And they turn a blind eye to gay clubs, etc. in Moscow.
