Sometimes it all just comes down to genetics. Jared and Ryan have been drinkers, smokers and recreational drug users for decades. It's all in their genes. Even getting work done can't make a person look THAT young.

Just about everyone in Hollywood is on some sort of hormone replacement therapy. My best friend worked at a clinic did various hormone replacement therapies, it was located on Rodea Drive and had a ton of celebrity clients. You guys have to understand that these drugs are very well known to the people around these celebrities, so from the very beginning of their careers, celebrities are getting info on what they need to do to stay young and most importantly - marketable. So according to my friend all those these actors/actresses are on board for treatment from a very young age.
It's pretty much everyone in Hollywood is doing fillers, botox, and/or microdermabrasion from a very young age, staying young is a major industry in Hollywood.
