I agree with r135 about the un-reality of the video. I honestly thought it was some kind of movie, joke,or some kind of sanitized re-enactment of a terrorist attack. It's sad the way that violent content can jade you about real-life violence. One thing that shocked me is how little people bleed when shot in real life compared to the gushing fountains of blood we see in the movies.

Yeah the video clips I saw last night were gruesome. First time I’ve seen what it actually looks like when a semi- automatic weapon hits a body. Or dozens of them. There were heaps of motionless people on the ground that he fired into repeatedly. And the muzzle of the weapon spits fire each time it’s fired.

You can read about mass shootings all day but there’s nothing like watching a video of it. Like reading about some NFL footballer who hits his wife—nothing is done about it until a cellphone video crops up on the net, then all hell breaks loose.
