Yes, it's a ban. It's ridiculous because transgender troops have served openly for years without problems at all.

Every single person with ongoing psychological and physical issues is deemed unfit to serve.
What is the special case for discrimination, again?
Our LGBT organizations will make "trans in the military" their #1 priority for the 2020 elections and whoever the Dem candidate is will follow them over the cliff.

Don’t transgender people have to take hormones on a daily basis? What happens when they are in a combat zone, or taken as a prisoner of war? What would happen without access to the hormones? No one has answered this question and I have asked numerous times.
