Has anyone tried a new diet each day?
Most diets are really about eating fewer calories no matter what the rules.
So I can change it up daily. The only rule I keep for every day would be only eating from 10 am to 8 pm.
Otherwise, Monday can be vegan; Tuesday, Atkins; Weds- intermittent fasting (stop eating at 5 pm), Thurs- Keto; etc.
Would that work?

Would you be counting calories on this diet? I basically only eat between those hours but I don't consider it a diet. Limit your calories and it should work.
