Did they ever stop to think that their incessant acrimony and animosity is having a negative impact on their daughter which might have adversely impacted any evaluation (particularly psychological in nature) that the school might have made of the young girl - and THAT is why she was rejected? Are they thinking about the impact their contention will have on her for the rest of her life?

That being said, Jason is reaching and likely looking for a reason to attack. They would never have the opportunity to consider applying to a school as expensive as Friends Seminary if not for Bethenny's money. Brynn doesn't need a tony private school to receive a good education, but with Bethenny's money, they will be able to give her excellent educational opportunities, regardless of where she goes to school.

I can't believe this custody hearing is still going on.
