Was this a common look for wrestlers?
For jocks, yeah.

R1 was a pretty typical look.

R1, is that the future Heisenberg, Brian Cranston?

The guy in the white t-shirt was the norm art my high school. The guy with tank, maybe one or two of the super locks had the look. Never saw any guy looking like that.

Is there a photo of the Streaking Club?

The really high socks remind me more of 1978. I guess b-ball players could've worn them anytime.
The girls' clothing is more 1968-70.

Are you posting photos from your parents or older boyfriend's yearbook OP?
by Anonymous | reply 15 | March 3, 2019 12:42 PM |
R1’s Cemistry Club looks better than OP’s jocks. I think the OP photo is a little sad, even for 1973. I think I remember short shorts and midrif teeshirts for the jocks by then?

We'll take the one on the far left!

I graduated from HS in '70, and these all look pretty familiar to me.
Side note: I recently found an old sweatshirt with my high school name and logo on it ... I cannot believe I was ever that small.

The hell you will, R17, you homophobic skank. I called him first.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | March 3, 2019 3:35 PM |
The girls' fashion looks more like from the 60's.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | March 3, 2019 11:30 PM |
I'll take Mr. Graypants, please.

Is that a fucking pocket protector?
by Anonymous | reply 22 | March 3, 2019 11:56 PM |
I'll take the one on the left, and the one on the right, in OP's photo. Because wubba-wubba.

R3 Looks closer to 1969/1970

Did kids brush their hair more back then or have something in their diets kids don't have today? All the hair looks so smooth, shiny and healthy.

We liked best the fashion in swim class at our all boys high school: nude!

R3 - wasn’t there a “gatsby”/cabaret/20s/30s vibe going on in 1972 through 75?
