Robert Goulet is probably the best response in this thread - he was gorgeous (when he was young, at least) and had a great voice.

When I saw Alan Paul (Manhattan Transfer) sing this song in concert, I swooned which has never happened to me any other time. I was sitting in the front row and could see the sweat dripping off his forehead.

I also love Brendon Urie....has anyone mentioned him? Incredible voice and great charisma.

Gino Vanelli - strong gorgeous voice and gorgeous man. IMO, his vocals are more powerful than Freddie's. He had creative differences with his record label (Clive Davis?) who wanted to steer him toward pop music (he leaned jazz). IMO, he could have been a bigger star.

Maybe OP shouldn’t have used the word “highest” but “best.” A best ratio is one where looks and talent are both the same at an excellent level, yielding the lowest ratio possible, i.e. 1. Elvis is a 10 in looks and a 10 in talent. His ratio would be 10/10, or 1. Tiny Tim is a 1 in looks and a 1 in talent, and his ratio would ALSO be1.

So the word highest is inappropriate, yet the word best implies a 1 that’s a result of two top scores as opposed to one that’s a result of two low scores, or, obviously a 10 that’s a result of one very high score and one very low score.

Also do not confuse incidence with ratio.
