Weird fact: his aunt, the daughter of James Mason and his wife Pamela, was named Portland, which is one of the strangest women's names I've ever heard.

She was named after the Masons' most beloved female friend Portland Hoffa, the wife of comedian Fred Allen. She was so named because she was born in Portland, OR.

I can see the resemblance to James Mason, but I wouldn't have known he was Mason's grandson unless I read this.

I lived with a sugar daddy, Nicholas xxxxx who owned the biggest gallery on la Cienega, he/ we lived in pamela masons apt building she owned at one one: Shangri Gardens (I forget the exact name), such awesome Asian inspired spread, built in the 30s...had the most awesome artists, etc. Does anyone remember the exact name of it, it was sunken, tween sunset and the next lower street. was legendary.

He's adorably chunky, just like his mom. I'd happily marry him (not for the sex-I'm more into bears, and he seems like he might be the type that goes for twinks), just for the overly-excited conversations. We could argue passionately and vehemently throughout all the rooms of our condo (maybe take it out onto the balcony, or even the patio, if we were feeling really heated) but we'd always snuggle afterwards, and giggle about our silly differences. But he HAS to be able to cook, at least just a little, or the deal's OFF.

Thanks r54, I think it was Alison Martino. She was wearing crazy sunglasses so I didn’t get a good look at her face it’s the same hair. I was there to interview for a job as a writers assistant (didn’t get it :-( but I’m bummed that I didn’t run into Dyan Canon. My friend is always running into her at the gym. I did see Sarah Silverman pulling up in her car as I was waiting for mine.
