Look at these photos of Amy Adams at the BAFTA awards. Look at her forearms in all the pictures (make sure to look at them all, to get good perspectives), especially her left forearm. WTF is going on? I can't even speculate.

Likely a cluster of neuromas. I have one on the top left side of my right wrist, and its size waxes and wanes. Sometimes it looks like a golf ball under my skin, but most times it's noticeable to no one but me (and my doctors). I also have one at the nape of my neck, and it gives me hell when it presses on the underlying nerve. But it isn't visible at all.
