Why hasn't #metoo come for Michael Bay?

He paid his victims well enough, so they'll stay quiet

Something I've seen suggested on here and elsewhere: he's too successful. Most of the people that have gotten exposed are people who aren't as big as they once were. If Weinstein had a Shakespeare in Love style hit in the last few years, the Roan Farrow story would've been crushed.

What about Joel Schumacher?

I think Bay has been protected, he's still a moneymaker.

I can only hope he's gone broke paying off all his victims, because that seems like the only penalty he'll ever suffer.

BAY is sexist, but I don't think he is Weinstein bad. Weinstein might be an asshole but he is talented. Michael Bay doesn't get a lot of respect from the industry, why protect him, he is replaceable.

These women are guilty too, selling out just for a chance to be famous. It is the nature of the industry, it takes two to tango.

It seems like with Bay what you see is what you get, so it's likely that any woman who tangled with him knew full well what she was in for. He's also not creating quality work that exceptional talent is eager to be a part of.

The only movie of his that i still like is Armageddon.

An extra as even killed on the set of one of his films, and Hollywood didn't care.
