Whitaker was probably pressured heavily and directly by Trump to say the Mueller investigation is about to end. He looked and spoke in very uncomfortable fashion. Barr may not be pleased Whitaker did a pre-emptive manuever.

Fuckhead will be spending his first weekend at Mar-a-Lago since Thanksgiving. He leaves on Fridays, so YES, bring on those Friday indictments, and ruin his weekend.

by Anonymousreply 30January 31, 2019 3:01 AM

Wonder if Miz Lindz will be going as guest to Mar-a-Lago?

by Anonymousreply 31January 31, 2019 3:06 AM

It’s fucking treason whether you admit it or not, R29. And it is not just during wartime that they are aiding and abetting hostile foreign powers. Despite a troll media blitz insisting this (first pushed by Trump ass-licker Dershowitz, Fox News and Russian bots just as they are presently pushing the “both sides broken” line), this is not decided or agreed upon legally as so far.

Although I agree that their espionage is part-and-parcel of their treason.

by Anonymousreply 32January 31, 2019 3:12 AM

Since Donald will be going to Mar-a-Lago this weekend, I'll resume my usual prayer that Florida sink into the ocean.

by Anonymousreply 33January 31, 2019 4:56 AM

They should send Whittaker to drought stricken California, where he can actually do some good for this country.

by Anonymousreply 34January 31, 2019 5:00 AM

The "this thread is slow" troll toward the end of Part 79 was wrong.

Spectacularly so.

Each thread since January 7 (Part 73) has run for three days.

That is twice as fast as they average duration for all of the previous 79 parts (5.87 days).

There will have been 10 threads active during January, a monthly record matched only by December 2018.

by Anonymousreply 35January 31, 2019 5:10 AM

R35 - I read 579’s comment, from the previous thread, and I think they mean that as you approach 600 comments, the thread becomes slower to maneuver. I find this to be consistently true.

by Anonymousreply 36January 31, 2019 5:21 AM

Yes, I keep getting "Oh snap" errors on my phone in Chrome when I'm in the really long threads. Actually, I'm not sure what the message is, but the browser fails.

Re: R11 and R16, so true. Trump screaming to control the narrative, and bullying someone else to validate it in public. All that matters is desperately trying to control the next hour, truth a total irrelevance.

I'm reminded of The King enthroned on the seashore, convinced he could stop the tide from encroaching.

by Anonymousreply 45January 31, 2019 7:02 AM

I've been calling it treason and high crimes for about a year now. Unfortunately, as r38 dared to mention, it is difficult to prove collusion. I'm glad that the case will tried by a grand jury and not just your average citizen, because some if it (i.e. definitions of collusion) may be very subjective. So one can only pray and hope we have smart jurors on the final panel. However, I do not think the government has a slam dunk case by any measure.

Also, having TPTB, the likes of Michael Bloomberg, trying to dictate what is appropriate or not is not a good sign. Shultz is trying to cut off higher taxes of the rich right below the knees. We all know that billionaires will not cave to higher taxes without there being a downright bloodbath.

....just my 2 cents.

by Anonymousreply 46January 31, 2019 8:07 AM

I also watched Chris Cuomo and Don Lemon whip themselves into a frenzy. They are furious about how much shit Trump is getting away with. I think they should direct that energy to the likes of McConnell, Graham, etc al. The Old Right Guard are the ones that are behind this whole mess. We will never impeach Dump with them in charge and not enough public pressure to find out WHY they are protecting these grifters

by Anonymousreply 47January 31, 2019 8:17 AM

McTurtle opposes a holiday for elections. He says it is a Democratic power move.

On election days, aren't members of the House and Senate "off" (not in session) to do last-minute campaigning and vote in their home districts?

Did anyone read the article about the hacking of Russian documents, e-mails etc?? It was in the NY Times last week.

by Anonymousreply 50January 31, 2019 12:37 PM

So what's what with the Guardian reporting of the 1000 investigative Mueller documents in Russian possession? Did he out-spy them by allowing perps to leak inconsequential information in order to ferret out said leakers?

Is that why Putin and Trump do those one-on-one confabs? Don't they have secure phone lines/cable links?

by Anonymousreply 51January 31, 2019 12:53 PM

How can it be legal for the president of the United States to hold meetings with other heads of state that are then kept secret from everyone in our government, including members of the State, Defense, and intelligence communities? Do the exponents of the "unitary executive" theory of the constitution really take things that far? Or is this just another thing that's not, in fact, legal but that McConnell and the other powers that be are letting Trump get away with for political reasons?

The window moves.

^ Some people just assume all Dems are impliedly for open borders.

Just to emphasize, NO reputable Dems are calling for “open borders”. Of course, you can find plenty of people publishing opinion pieces online that do indeed. Some of them are actually written by Progressives, too. Some by the Right, so as to tar all Dems with an untenable position. But mainstream Dems, the vast majority, are not calling for “open borders”. That expression and all it implies is a Right Wing creation to be used to make the moderate Dem position seem to be ridiculous.

by Anonymousreply 60January 31, 2019 2:22 PM

Agreed, R60, but I'm hoping we (Dems) come out with a clearly articulated vision for how the border could be better operated. More tech, please, and fix those barriers that people can just kind of climb over. It's embarrassing to have those rusted, graffitied metal panels on some parts of the border. Looks like shantytown materials repurposed.

by Anonymousreply 72January 31, 2019 4:16 PM

r71 Trump may be one of those the author or amanuensis of [italic]A Course in Miracles[/italic] warned about.

I'll post a quote from ACIM and people may draw their own conclusions:
.What is an idol? 2 Do you think you know? 3 For idols are unrecognized as such, and never seen for what they really are. 4 That is the only power that they have. 5 Their purpose is obscure, and they are feared and worshipped, both, because you do not know what they are for, and why they have been made. 6 An idol is an image of your brother that you would value more than what he is. 7 Idols are made that he may be replaced, no matter what their form. 8 And it is this that never is perceived and recognized. 9 Be it a body or a thing, a place, a situation or a circumstance, an object owned or wanted, or a right demanded or achieved, it is the same.
T-29.VIII.2. Let not their form deceive you. 2 Idols are but substitutes for your reality. 3 In some way, you believe they will complete your little self, for safety in a world perceived as dangerous, with forces massed against your confidence and peace of mind. 4 They have the power to supply your lacks, and add the value that you do not have. [bold]5 No one believes in idols who has not enslaved himself to littleness and loss. [/bold] 6 And thus must seek beyond his little self for strength to raise his head, and stand apart from all the misery the world reflects. 7 This is the penalty for looking not within for certainty and quiet calm that liberates you from the world, and lets you stand apart, in quiet and in peace.
T-29.VIII.3. An idol is a false impression, or a false belief; some form of anti-Christ, that constitutes a gap between the Christ and what you see. 2 An idol is a wish, made tangible and given form, and thus perceived as real and seen outside the mind. 3 Yet it is still a thought, and cannot leave the mind that is its source. 4 Nor is its form apart from the idea it represents. 5 All forms of anti-Christ oppose the Christ. 6 And fall before His face like a dark veil that seems to shut you off from Him, alone in darkness. 7 Yet the light is there. 8 A cloud does not put out the sun. 9 No more a veil can banish what it seems to separate, nor darken by one whit the light itself.

You don't have to be Christian or even a theist to see the idolatry and false impressions connected with Dotard.

by Anonymousreply 75January 31, 2019 4:48 PM

It was a 'test' of their will, R74. I had a type like this in my ex-family....and he looked just like Stephen Miller.

As for why they feel the need to be included in 'cult like' movements, it's simple: we all share the need to feel essential, to be a part of something bigger than ourselves - a family, a tribe, a religion, a country - and have a purpose in sustaining it.

Nothing gets people together quicker than a shared sense of danger. Rather than making it something positive, demonic psychopaths use fear to instigate purpose. It's been done before and the dotard apparently kept the playbook by his bedside.

by Anonymousreply 76January 31, 2019 4:52 PM
Carl Kline (who approved Kushner's security clearance) is getting revenge on the whistleblower.

Just a reminder: Reality Winner, who leaked classified information about the election in 2016 being hacked, was sent to prison while Rudy Giuliani faced no jail time for telling the press that the FBI is re-opening the investigation into Hillary's Emails right before the 2016 vote without the FBI making such an official statement to anyone.

I have deplorable family and I simply cannot understand how they can support someone like Trump . It’s like “Backwards Land”. I know that part of it is that both Trump and Fox stoke racial grievance. It makes me very sad.

by Anonymousreply 84January 31, 2019 5:45 PM
And they actually believed the platform they were using to communicate was unassailable by the IC

It's always the seemingly infectious sense of untouchability they have which stuns me. Plainly they're not close to being intelligent. Cunning, venal and entitled, yes.

They always behave as though they're holding an ultimate get-out-of-jail-free card, which come what may, will see them right.

Delusion it basically has to be, but we know if or when Mueller gets close enough to Trump he'll lash out with some deep dark stuff. Recall the debate post pussy-tape. Clinton whores aplenty.

The great hope has to be that Mueller has so much slam-dunk treason dirt on Trump, and crucially on his family, that he can't flail and grandstand. Ideally he'll be checkmated and totally neutralised. Phenomenal endgame for the highest stakes.

by Anonymousreply 85January 31, 2019 6:07 PM

Mueller needs to have a talk with Trump before Trump takes us into another shutdown.

by Anonymousreply 86January 31, 2019 6:15 PM

R84 Trump would not have nearly as many supporters if not for fucking Fox "News". Have you seen clips from their shows? I have as I like to know what bs they spin from time to time. Fox devotes pretty much all their coverage (except for a couple anchors and a few contributors) to defending/promoting Trump, demonizing Democrats/liberals and "showing how the mainstream media is fake news".

For example they like to call the left anti-Semitic. If you disagree with any of Israel's policies the right labels you that way. Meanwhile they never take accountability for that Pittsburgh synagogue shooting that was instigated by Trump, Fox and right-wing radio blaming George Soros for the caravans and saying he was paying for them to come to the US. They never talk about Trump's "good people on both sides" comment during Charlottesville and his refusal to denounce the marching white nationalists. They use the term "globalist" which we know is a dog whistle to negatively talk about Jews. They even have on that same nutty evangelist who Trump had speak at the embassy opening in Jerusalem. That evangelist preacher has previously said Jews are going to hell and Hitler "was part of God's plan to create Israel".

So basically Fox keeps its viewers in a perpetual state of outrage saying everyone else is lying and bigoted when in reality it's the opposite. It really is mind manipulation and brainwashing. The viewers of course should be held accountable for being drawn to such a network and views in the first place.

by Anonymousreply 89January 31, 2019 6:23 PM

When treason is finally laid bare for all to see, I hope fux noise is forced by the FCC and president pelosi to run nonstop apologies and wall to wall coverage of treason.

That fucker, Hannity, needs to read, on air, every charge of treason, without commentary, until his show ends.

Same with fucker Carlton. Every last indictment, verbatim, on the air without commentary for a month.

Then drag them out and stone them. These pukes aren't journalists. They're chaos agents and traitor adjacent enablers.

by Anonymousreply 96January 31, 2019 6:58 PM

Bring back the fairness doctrine in news reporting....you know, that one where you're required to present the 'other side' whenever you make an assertion or editorialize on a news information program? Who did away with that one, and then allowed media moguls like Murdoch and Turner to buy into other media beyond print and creating the current version desperately trying to hang onto what was left of journalism's 'unbiased' presentation?

Reagan, the welfare Queen himself, if memory serves correct.

I want some justice. I don't want violence or even hangings. Public shaming and complete financial ruin with the total destruction of the GOP. McTurtle's statement about a voting holiday and the Twitter outrage that followed is telling me that the tide has turned. It's not a blood cry, but the shouts are getting louder (thank you to the guy in the bookstore who shouted down the Starbuck billionaire).
R89: Trump would not have nearly as many supporters if not for fucking Fox "News". Have you seen clips from their shows?

After Obama was elected, I though I should try Fox News as I didn’t want to criticize it without personally seeing what they were broadcasting. I had heard they were “conservative”. I barely lasted 15 minutes. They were talking about how Obama had ruined the country, in past tense. At the time, Obama had been in office only a few weeks and none of his policies had yet been enacted. It was just lies for simpletons.

Calling Fox “conservative” has got to be an insult to real conservatives. It’s just lies. Not spin. They passed spin a long time ago, they were simply manufacturing lies.

This was the period where Glenn Beck was calling Obama “racist...hates White people”. I was disgusted.

Nothing makes me more Progressive in my politics than watching that kind of nonsense.

And I will ask for Fox to be turned off anywhere I can.

Do any of you remember this? After Hillary became Secretary of State, Fox went through an extended period where they were praising her. They were persistent. It was transparent, to me, that it was a cynical attempt to create a rift between she and Obama. It failed, but they tried it.

After Hillary started gearing up to run for the Presidency, they went back to true form in criticizing her over nothing. Or anything, whatever.

Air pollution rollbacks already underway by this administration will increase premature deaths in the U.S. by up to 40,000 people annually, along with tens of thousands of lost work and school days because of illness. Air pollution controls are not the only protections being lost. During 2017 EPA leadership decided not to ban a deadly pesticide called chlorpyrifos—even though the agency’s own scientists had documented that a ban was needed to protect those exposed to the pesticide, especially children. In August 2018 the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ordered the EPA to ban the pesticide. The agency responded by asking the court to reconsider its ruling—in other words, it requested the court for permission to continue to harm children.

by Anonymousreply 116January 31, 2019 8:56 PM

Disappointing if true:

Senate investigators have obtained new information showing Donald Trump Jr.'s mysterious phone calls ahead of the 2016 Trump Tower meeting were not with his father, three sources with knowledge of the matter told CNN.

Records provided to the Senate Intelligence Committee show the calls were between Trump Jr. and two of his business associates, the sources said, and appear to contradict Democrats' long-held suspicions that the blocked number was from then-candidate Donald Trump.

by Anonymousreply 121January 31, 2019 9:07 PM

Deplorables (Hillary was right yet again) can have their whole cities burning down around them due to conservative policies. They will still vote repug. They are conditioned to HATE Democrats. I don't know how the party whose policies gave this country the greatest middle class the world has ever seen, whose policies protected WORKERS, who put in place the safety net everyone loves, can be so demonized by the very people who harm them the most.

I listened to some refinery workers at lunch today. A few of them (esp a younger one) was very concerned about the Russian stuff and saying there are things that are true and he was talking about how Pres Bone Spurs is with Putin. A few older ones just ticked off FNC talking points in rapid succession like robots. The guy sort of hung in there a little saying he believes what he sees with his own eyes yet the older ones had a ready answer for him. I couldn't hear everything they said after but we have got to counter this.

I just say on TV he said "We need a wall". No, YOU need a wall is what everyone should respond back.

by Anonymousreply 125January 31, 2019 9:51 PM

The rich better start treading lightly. They have gotten away with sucking up as much money as they can without investing it back. They are growing bold in their pearl clutching over paying high taxes when every time they are given a cut, NOTHING gets better and our debt grows substantially. Things are not getting better, overall, with fewer well paying jobs and fewer benefits. People are working harder, longer with little to show for it. A tipping point will come and I think, if the rich were smart, they would take some pain now before pitchforks come.

Yes, Dems have a donor class yet STILL call for a tax increase on them and have actually raised their taxes with the last 2 Dem Presidents. They don't own the Dems like they completely own the repugs. As long as CU is not overturned, the Dems have to playball a bit with the rich or the rich will fucking decimate them. CU made sure of that. Look what they are doing now. They are starting to try to fracture the Democratic Party because some, not all, but some call for higher taxes on them. I recently heard my Deplorable brother refer to the Dems as “haters”. Obviously he heard it from some right wing site, that is trying to co-opt the label, because Dems appropriatly use it for Republicans. I was speechless. The Republican President has said the most hateful things about Muslims, Mexicans, immigrants, and mocks a disabled reporter, and so forth. But that doesn’t seem to bother my brother.

The Dems, in contrast, may hate Trump, but it’s not because he belongs in a group that Dems hate. It’s because Trump, personally, has earned the contempt of the people, by his words and actions. It’s not a generalization. It is personal. Trump has earned however hated he is.

Not that new. Trump at the final debate for the 2016 election said that Hillary is "filled with hate".

WASHINGTON -- The Trump administration is poised to announce Friday that it is withdrawing from a treaty that has been a centerpiece of superpower arms control since the Cold War and whose demise some analysts worry could fuel a new arms race.

An American withdrawal, which has been expected for months, would follow years of unresolved dispute over Russian compliance with the pact, known as the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces, or INF, treaty. It was the first arms control measure to ban an entire class of weapons: ground-launched cruise missiles with a range between 500 kilometres (310 miles) and 5,500 kilometres (3,400 miles). Russia denies that it has been in violation.

U.S. officials also have expressed worry that China, which is not party to the 1987 treaty, is gaining a significant military advantage in Asia by deploying large numbers of missiles with ranges beyond the treaty's limit. Leaving the INF treaty would allow the Trump administration to counter the Chinese, but it's unclear how it would do that.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said in early December that Washington would give Moscow 60 days to return to compliance before it gave formal notice of withdrawal, with actual withdrawal taking place six months later. The 60-day deadline expires on Saturday, and the administration is expected to say as early as Friday that efforts to work out a compliance deal have failed and that it would suspend its compliance with the treaty's terms.

The State Department said Pompeo would make a public statement on Friday morning, but it did not mention the topic.

by Anonymousreply 213February 1, 2019 4:25 PM

This family is so damned crooked! There are layers upon layers of deceit. Nothing is as it seems. Every time we discover something there is always, ALWAYS something being hidden beneath that discovery. I hate them SO MUCH.

And while I'm at it I want to take the news media to task in general. They have been bending over backwards to act like everything is normal, even as they also express outrage or surprise at the latest shit storm. Well things are not normal. Not even by half. Some things are just fucking wrong.

The MAGAs, the hate speech, the "questionable" legality of Trump's business practices while in office, his kids getting licensing agreements as he negotiates trade agreements, there are countless instances where they are fucking wrong. And something has to be done.

The fact that McConnell and Ryan have got away with not doing their jobs, or that they are all getting money from Russians, or in business with Russians, or WTF ever. It's all wrong. The interference in our elections is now an established fact. WRONG, and nothing is being done except the whole "wait until Mueller is finished..."

I call bullshit. Media needs to get really fucking mad. They set the agenda. They're the ones who can instigate and form and direct public opinion. It's not "Liberal" vs. Conservative. It's about the fucking Constitution and being an American. Damn I'm pissed.

I'm sure Russia will start placing the same class of, now non-treatybound nuclear missiles in Europe, and use it as a bargaining chip in the future. With no exaggeration; Trump will get us all killed, just to cover his crimes. He is a terrible human being. Republicans are setting a trap for 2020. Well, several traps. They are going to try to split Dems on tax issues and also healthcare issues.

The Medicaid for all vs single option vs strengthened exchanges argument is one example.

Another example is using alarming tax rhetoric to scare moderates. “Progressive Dems will tax everyone to death”

A great way to avoid these traps is to focus and promote the larger picture. For example, we need better and more affordable healthcare, and we can reach that goal with several different options. Focus on the larger picture. We need some kind of reform, let’s not lose the election because of infighting over which method.

For taxes, change the subject to higher wage growth. We need families making more money and less going to the trillionair hedgefunders.

Also, when is the last time a top 10 company had a loss of revenue? It’s not normal for things to be so rigged that corporations are guaranteed a profit. Think about that. Are YOU guaranteed a profit? No? Well then corporations shouldn’t be either.

Argue for wage-based solutions as opposed to tax related boogeymen. Own the conversation. Don’t fall into pre set traps. Reference the larger picture when stuck.

This goes for immigration as well. Big picture. We been reforms, yes, least of which is a 14th century wall.

That’s it. Taxes, taxes, taxes. All the rest is bullshit in my opinion.”

As if to prove his point, one Davos attendee — Ken Goldman, the former CFO of Yahoo — used the question-and-answer period to denounce Bregman and Winnie Byanyima, the executive director of Oxfam International also on the panel, for a “very one-sided panel,” and demanded that they offer solutions to inequality besides higher taxes."

I'm pretty sure Dotard wouldn't be able to handle it and he'd end up implicating himself as the Master Mind and knowing EVERYTHING just so Jr. Mint didn't upstage him.

by Anonymousreply 285February 2, 2019 1:18 AM

I just want to remind people. Two days before Trump met with Putin in Helsinki, Mueller handed down indictments to 13 Russian agents. He named them and was very specific about the charges. He had dates places, and he named names. And he "let the President know." This was two days before his meeting with Putin. The indictments went public and were filed. And the entire world knew it. It was a humiliating moment. People joked about how hangdog and groveling Trump was. How terse and smug and vile Putin was. I say this because I believe Mueller doesn't give a fuck whether it's SOTU, or Christmas. He wouldn't give a fuck if it were PAssover.
R259: And who is to say that Dotard wasn't with whoever the phone belonged to when the call was placed?

Good point. They should figure that out by tracking Trump‘s phone’s GPS.

by Anonymousreply 292February 2, 2019 3:03 AM

Ultimately the phone call doesn't matter though, right? Because unless there's a recording of it there'd be no proof of what the call was about. If it comes out that Dotard was the one on the other end of the line, they'd just say they were talking about dinner or Ivanka's pussy.

by Anonymousreply 293February 2, 2019 3:07 AM

It's a minor point in a much larger investigation, but that's how manipulations work. He's using the fallacy fallacy.

by Anonymousreply 294February 2, 2019 3:09 AM

Why does it matter if Cheeto himself was listening in or not (but so we're clear, he was)?

His own son, son-in-law, and his campaign manager - all were colluding with Russians in the Trump Tower meeting. Who are the idiots who don't believe Jr. Mint and Jared kept all to themselves, and Manafort with his dozens of links to Cheeto was also mum. All this while Cheeto was urging Putin to hack the Dems (aka "find Hillary's emails").

In what world does the fact that our top campaign officials aka your closest blood / marriage and business relations, were so deep in Russian shit somehow means that you weren't?

by Anonymousreply 295February 2, 2019 3:17 AM

^^ Correction: Who are the idiots who believe Jr. Mint and Jared kept all to themselves...

by Anonymousreply 296February 2, 2019 3:19 AM

It doesn't matter, it's just one drop in a much larger pool.

by Anonymousreply 297February 2, 2019 3:23 AM

R296 no one believes they kept it to themselves but they're going to need proof to charge Bone Spurs. They can't just charge him because, "Any moron knows that of course Bone Spurs knew."

by Anonymousreply 298February 2, 2019 3:25 AM

There has to be a smoking gun somewhere. Because Trump himself is sneaky and paranoid. We can see this. But he people around him are not nearly so good at being sneaky. They tend to strut and brag and discuss and plot and scheme. So someone will have evidence. It is even possible that Michael Cohen or Roger Stone has this on tape.

We may, at some point, get audio of Trump telling someone about the Russians and the wiki dump. IMO, the FBI Counter Intel people already have Trump tapped and taped and audio exists. Don't ever forget the Feds started investigating him in July and after he dumped Comey and he seemed more cavalier even bragging to the RUssians about firing Comey, they opened a counter intel probe because they believed he was a Russian asset.

So I believe in my bones, that there's definitely incriminating audio of him. If he was arrogant enough to be recorded by access hollywood, he is arrogant enough to give away his game with indiscretions somewhere along the way during the campaign and after he was elected.

I think for almost a year after he was elected he felt bulletproof and he was going to rallies, and having his way, and still basking in the fact that he was fucking POTUS. SO he was not nearly as discreet as he should have been.

by Anonymousreply 299February 2, 2019 4:10 AM

It’s been over 3 years since he started capaigning, if there was a smoking gun it would have cum out already!

Their arrogance is kind of fascinating. These people live in a world where there are no actual consequences. They are total corrupt cunts to everyone, pretty much all the time, and pay no price. I think they are honestly shocked that there may actually be consequences to cuntitude. They truly have no idea what is happening here.

by Anonymousreply 302February 2, 2019 4:50 AM

The stories Chris Christie tells about Jared Kushner (and Christie is a cunt too, but anyway), Jared is actually pissed that his father should pay any price for being a complete corrupt criminal asshole. It's just inconceivable to him, because the billionaire class is never supposed to pay any price for anything, ever. It's weirdly fascinating, the mentality behind that.

by Anonymousreply 303February 2, 2019 4:52 AM

I remember hearing stories over years about he basically fleeced Atlantic City for all they had and that he doesn’t pay contractors and wondering how in the world people get away with this crap.

I have a dream about next Tuesday.

In the middle of the SOTU Trump announces that he is declaring an Emergency at the border.

As soon, the heartbeat after, Nancy rises gavels that the House chamber is to be cleared and announces that the House is going into emergency session.

She requests that the President be escorted from the chamber.

I hope someone somewhere has picked up what was said privately between Putin & Trump.

The only ones who know for sure are the Ruskies. Perhaps some spy (outside of America) got the notes.

I really really really want to know what was said....what Putin directed. What Trump accepted...

by Anonymousreply 331February 2, 2019 2:58 PM

It is not complicated. DJT bankrupted four times in failed realestate transactions. He would not pay his contractors and refused to pay back bank loans. He lost any collateral for new loans from domestic banks. He turns to wealthy Russian oligarchs to bail out his realestate loses and find new money. Thus, shady deals with money flow and laundering through foreign banks occurs. Russher/Putty leveled conditions for DJT receiving these illegal, largely unaccountable, financial distributions, much of which even escaped taxation. Along with accumulating other blackmail material and cultivating DJT as an asset, Putty owns DJT who is expected to enact political policies Putty demands.

At the core, with theBone Spurs honcho, the family, and the extended latch-on operatives, it's about greed. Any means to obtain such has no ethical barriers in their minds. It has always been that way with them. That's all they know.

R332 in a nutshell. I agree. But I don't think Trump had to be coerced to do Putin's bidding. I think he was more than willing to do what Putin needed. I think Donald and the Russians were collaborators through and through. His oligarchs stepped in and helped him grow wealthy and save his brand all those years ago. He would lick the shit off their asses willingly. Trump thinks of himself as a "strong man" type so he idolizes Putin but he also sees himself now, as President, as Putin's equal and loves the acknowledgement he gets from doing things Putin wants. Putty manipulates him and he's not even aware of it.

by Anonymousreply 334February 2, 2019 5:19 PM

Of course Trump will do Putin's bidding...Putin gotta deposit $$ into an off shore account first. But I think it will be typical trump that he will renege on it.

by Anonymousreply 335February 2, 2019 5:36 PM

Time and time again Trump proved that he doesn't give a shit about the US. It's all about amassing power and paying back Russia for finacial favors. But of course, because of the GOP the general public is required to have stone cold proof for that and even then the GOP will very likey just laugh and keep destroying the US, because they share the very same values as Putin of personally benefitting from chaos and destruction and ruling over what remains.

by Anonymousreply 339February 2, 2019 5:50 PM

And the general public is going to have to get over their stupid habit of thinking that the GOP gives a shit about them. And Democrats are going to have to be very blunt about this in 2020. These people hate you. Why do you keep voting for them? What makes you think that any Republican President, or Senator, or Representative actually gives a fuck about you. What in the past 30 years gives you that impression?

by Anonymousreply 340February 2, 2019 5:51 PM

He looked like he was sneaking them out between his fat ass cheeks the whole time. He's an appallingly unappealing human being who shouldn't even be considered for town rat catcher.

R372, the outright gall of this pig trying to regulate women's bodies is beyond arrogant and outrageous and proves he's psychotic and dangerous. That fat, disgraceful excuse for a human being, his ugly wife and the whole crazy ass family all need to be aborted from our lives yesterday.

by Anonymousreply 378February 2, 2019 10:44 PM

by Anonymousreply 379February 2, 2019 10:57 PM

r379 That is good to hear. The last 2 years has really cemented just how immoral and corrupt the repugs are. They know the vast majority of people are liberal when asked about each issue. Issue by issue, when you spell out the true positions of each party, without the bullshit like "we're are pro-military", people are with the Democrats. Even white males. When I hear dumbass repugs say shit like "our party is for a strong defense, pro-military, pro-family" I always ask WTF does that even mean. I am sick of their bullshit. They've shown themselves who they really are and it is depressing though not all that surprising. I held out hope they would truly put country over party/ideology when it mattered. They are such a dark group of people.

gee, R397, not that you care, because you are a loyal cunt serving the Rich, but it does not have to be Bernie. It may be Warren. It may be Kamala Harris. But yes, Bernie gets to run as a Democrat. We will figure it out, while you figure out how to be a more loyal cunt for the Wealthy.

by Anonymousreply 400February 3, 2019 12:22 AM

No, Bernie does not get to run as a Democrat. One of the very first rules passed when Perez took over was that if you run as a Democrat, you must be a declared Democrat....and not just in order to run for office so you can switch back after.

by Anonymousreply 401February 3, 2019 12:26 AM

R400 The Bernie Left hates women! They will never go for Kamala or Warren! LMAO

I don't know what Maher is trying to prove but having Ann Coulter on his show, and now Chris Christie? And this past Friday some asshole Republican Congressman from Texas? Fuck that. I don't need to hear what they think, or how they feel, or their ridiculous justifications for why they support the Republican agenda. They are despicable, Unamerican, pieces of shit and they need to go.

WTF are they thinking, that they can keep denying the American people their rights and freedoms and remedies, while they enrich themselves and a small number of rich people? Fuck them. We need healthcare, educational opportunities, our infrastructure upgraded. We don't even have decent, clean drinking water in most of our major cities.

Where are they going with their agenda? How will it play out for the rest of us? Fuck them. I intend to run their asses out of every single public office they're holding. WE need to organize and stick together and not allow bullshit and pettiness to divide us.They exploit our weaknesses because they have nothing to offer us, yet they count on winning by dividing us.

by Anonymousreply 405February 3, 2019 12:44 AM

Maher likes having conservatives on his show, to argue with. That is not a trauma. There is no reason to be upset by that. So what?

by Anonymousreply 406February 3, 2019 12:52 AM

R403 People didn't vote for Bernie in 2016, but that never stopped the moaning and whining from the Bernie Bros. Guessing they didn't get the message they are not wanted by the Dem majority!

by Anonymousreply 407February 3, 2019 12:53 AM

I just want to add that nothing has changed since everyone, including the Republican pundits like Steve Schmidt, Bill Kristol, George Will, etc. all were telling people to vote for the Democrats. Not one fucking thing has changed. Instead things are worse with Trump fucking up trade deals and breaking our treaties and reneging on commitments. We are fucking isolated and weaker today than we were a year ago. And it will get worse. We cannot allow that man to get re-elected.Period. The Republicans have been taken over by a racist cult of bastards.

by Anonymousreply 408February 3, 2019 12:55 AM

Trump has turned racism upside down into white victimization. Of course, this has been a trend in the culture for a while, but Trump turned it into a viable political statement! If you're called racist, you're being victimized for being white and/or Christian! And of course, misogyny also turns into male victimization.

by Anonymousreply 409February 3, 2019 1:17 AM

Exactly R409.

Gee, wouldn't it be great if most of those people were adult American citizens registered to vote, and aware that they are the employers of legislators, the voters are the ones who hire and fire? Or is the problem that most of those people are in the urban areas and not in the rural precincts, or those people who get that the country's gone far too much to the right are the ones the far-right want to suppress?

by Anonymousreply 414February 3, 2019 1:45 AM

R411 It won't go away because it all goes back to the Christian victim mentality. Racists, misogynists and homophobes cling to the Church because it allows them the moral cover of being the victim for their "faith"!

by Anonymousreply 415February 3, 2019 1:45 AM

Here is something I think about. In the run up to the primaries before the midterms, the local Republican parties at the direction of the national RNC, were attempting to influence the Democratic choice by encouraging support for the primary candidate who was too far to the left, with the hope that in the general election, the Republican would look more attractive compared to a Leftist.

In the event the Far Left Democrat was elected, it was hoped they would be disruptive and too ideologically extreme and would cause problems for the Democratic Caucus in Congress. Now, they are attempting the same thing with Presidential candidates by encouraging and supporting anyone who will divide the Democrats.

They are underhanded about this and never do it upfront, but it's as if history is repeating itself. Just look at the Nixon campaign and the Democratic primaries leading up to 1972. Back then it was called "dirty tricks" or "rat fucking" or WTFever. My point is, don't let the Republicans chose our candidate. Don't be fooled by Schultz or Bernie. Or Biden.

And the argument that we have to find someone who can appeal to the white people in Florida, Pennsylvania Ohio, Wisconsin and Michigan is bullshit. I'm not going to chose a national candidate who appeals to 78,000 voters. Hillary won the popular vote. We just have to make sure our election is fair without any fraud. We have to deal with voter suppression.

And we have to make our case. We are correct in what we stand for. It is what people want. We just have to message more effectively. We talked about healthcare in 2018 and it was very effective. We have to pick two or three key issues and hammer them home. The candidate should be someone with an inclusive messaage.

When the pundits talk about the "poor white people felt ignored" it's bullshit. It was racism pure and simple, effectively exploited by Republicans that caused those voters to turn their backs on Democrats to vote for Trump and his ilk. Translation: Be Republican Lite. We have to find the balance.

by Anonymousreply 416February 3, 2019 1:58 AM

Isn't it funny how a Democratic candidate is always supposed to somehow appeal to Conservatives yet a Republican candidate isn't ever expected to appeal to Democrats?

We outnumber them.

by Anonymousreply 417February 3, 2019 2:06 AM

R417 OMFG YESSSSSSSS! I HATE how Democrats always feel pressured and bullied to "not be too left" meanwhile right wingers can be as backwards and bigoted and outdated as they want and that's seen as "standard" aka OK

by Anonymousreply 418February 3, 2019 2:24 AM

Since we're on the topic of Bernie and other extremist candidates, I came across an scientific article published in 2015 that analyzes what the effect that extremist candidates have on the general election in toss up House races. On average, when a more extreme candidate (measured by campaign donors and roll call votes if applicable) wins a primary over a more moderate candidate, then that party's general-election vote share decreases by about 9–13 percentage points, and the probability that the party wins the seat decreases by 35–54 percentage points. This means that if the GOP runs an extreme, far right candidate then independent voters and moderate Republicans are more likely to break for the moderate Democratic candidate instead.

The article is really fascinating and a must read heading into 2020, especially since it also discusses the long term effect of running an extremist candidate due to the increased probability of reelection due to the incumbency advantage.

R418 It's not a wrong strategy without all the cheating by the Republicans. The most votes are in the center and the deciding swing votes are the moderate independent voters. What the Trumpies did in 2016 was get the Russians to sway enough independent voters to fall for Trump's ruse and the stupid media also helped suppress the votes by making Hillary seem like a sure thing while at the same time normalizing Trump and jumping on every stupid Republican talking points without refuting them.

I find it a bit amusing that basically everything the liberal side is fighting for is apparently ULTRA leftist communism. The Right Wing Pundits and the GOP are such drama queens who scream bloody murder about every single proposal from the Democratic Party. And yet they kiss up to Putin like he shits gold and money.

And it looks like they are bringing up once again skanky, slutty whores using abortion as birth control. And we let them control our attention by listening to the pundits and the Republican Party about their bullshit and reward them and the right wing media media with our attention.

by Anonymousreply 423February 3, 2019 7:14 AM

Christie has been all over the TV this past week. And everybody has been hitting him with tough questions. Colbert did it with a smile, but yeah, he was hard. Some pundit posed the theory that Christie isn't going to primary Trump, but he's going to primary a President Pence after Trump is impeached. Pence won't be a popular candidate due to the "kook" factor. I'm not sure that's what Christie is angling for. He might be angling to be Pence's VP.

by Anonymousreply 424February 3, 2019 10:24 AM

It would be nice if the eventual Democratic Presidential primary candidate had a plan for dealing with rural poverty.

As some one who grew up in a poor rural area and still has family there I remember watching an interview with O’Malley in 2016 where he was asked about rural poverty and he answered about inner city poverty. That made me wince.

It doesn’t need to be one of the top talking points, but at least please let there be a position paper on the website.

by Anonymousreply 429February 3, 2019 1:15 PM

R425, I agree it needs to be part of the inequality plank. Rural and smaller cities that have been left behind by the coastal juggernauts. Dems usually speak about things like job training but apparently that is not enough.

by Anonymousreply 430February 3, 2019 1:25 PM
I'm not sure that's what Christie is angling for. He might be angling to be Pence's VP.

Christie is running for POTUS, not Pence's VP. In one of the interviews he directly said it's the only job he would be after.

The whole tenet of Christie's current PR is, Trump surrounded himself with bad people giving him bad advice but Trump himself is fine. His goal is to blame everyone else - mainly Jared for obvious reasons -- but Trump. Trump got talked into the family separation by Sessions, he trusted Flynn, blah blah excuses.

And much like with Trump, Christie always puts the blame on someone else. And his ego is as gigantic.

I think Christie is enjoying his status as a celebrity. He's out here selling his book and giving his opinions and his "analysis" and he is dropping some gossip here and there. I doubt he'd want to go back into the arena. He might run for office again. Maybe as a Senator from New Jersey like Rick Scott, but I don't see him doing a national campaign again. He's making money right now and he's famous. What else is there. LOL!

Citing multiple in-person episodes, intelligence officials say Trump displays what one called “willful ignorance” when presented with analyses generated by America’s $81 billion-a-year intelligence services. The officials, who include analysts who prepare Trump’s briefs and the briefers themselves, describe futile attempts to keep his attention by using visual aids, confining some briefing points to two or three sentences, and repeating his name and title as frequently as possible.

What is most troubling, say these officials and others in government and on Capitol Hill who have been briefed on the episodes, are Trump’s angry reactions when he is given information that contradicts positions he has taken or beliefs he holds. Two intelligence officers even reported that they have been warned to avoid giving the President intelligence assessments that contradict stances he has taken in public.

Trump may be elected but he won’t be president.

He will be assassinated. Along with McConnell, Pence and the rest of the pirates.

This is what Putin wants.

Putin wants to prove that there is nothing special about America - that our government is an antiquated pipe dream with no basis in reality - that America is as rotten as the rest of the world.

He wants not only the chaos, but the humiliation and mostly, then, the destruction of our credibility.

For America to annihilate its own leaders and then eat each other is what Putin most desires.

This is why we MUST handle this at the ballot box.

It doesn't matter whether or not any Republicans are willing to challenge Trump. He's the incumbent POTUS. He will win re nomination. Unless he has been impeached tried and thrown out. So all the talk about challenging him is bullshit. The money and the people propping him up will never allow someone else to take his nomination away from him. All the romantic notions of Republicans "rising up" coming to their senses and opposing him are fairytales. Absurd.

by Anonymousreply 510February 4, 2019 2:30 AM

Couple things. I remember being pissed off about Flynn's charges being so light. And then the repeated delays in sentencing. I've also noticed in some of the morfe recent indictments the charges were light. Seemed incomplete. I'm wondering if Mueller didn't want to give away his game plan, because he is still working on the bigger fish. So it won't surprise me if he adds to the charges against Flynn, and indicts him with more stuff. If he went after him for everything too soon, he'd have to share what he has with Flynn's lawyers as part of the Discovery phase, and that would tip off others and possibly result in the destruction of evidence.

I agree, Elder Lez, about addressing rural poverty. I drive through eastern Kentucky quite often - big Trump country. In many ways, I can understand why they voted for him. The coasts are having a big party and nobody invited them - they get Richer and richer while aunt Bertha dies of an overdose in her rotted double wide. Why not vote for the candidate that makes the coasts lose their shit? You know he's not going to do anything for you, but at least they'll be miserable too.

by Anonymousreply 522February 4, 2019 6:27 AM

And therefore your narrative that we need politicians who do this means you wholeheartedly defended Clinton against Russian propaganda and misogynist smears in 2016, and that you will try again to do so on behalf on real progressiveness like Kamala Harris or Hillary Clinton in 2019 - as opposed to hypocritical, Manafort-implicated millionaires like Bernie Sanders - in the build up to the primary?

by Anonymousreply 530February 4, 2019 9:27 AM

R530 - I think R522 isn’t a trump supporter - but pointing out why trump won in areas that feel completely disenfranchised.

This is truly the danger that comes when the markers of a country’s prosperity’s are all geared towards economic. That the coasts and big cities do so well skews the figures and neglects the folks not sharing in all that largesse.

And we all know that Hillary did have plans to help and would have been the best candidate for these people. But did they get to hear that message? Nope! It’s complex and takes time - and they were bombarded with simple slogans and lies via the GOP propaganda network - Fox! And as long as this bullshit is allowed to go on and pollute the airwaves - then it’s almoat impossible to overcome.

You have to remember the GOP is good at playing dirty. They’re relentless and have been planning this for years - it wasn’t something that happened overnight. They’ve laid the foundations of misinformation for decades. And they’ve employed some of the best minds in the country to get the psychology just right - the perfect amount of racism, xenophobia, homophobia, Christianity and patriotism - they know how to work these people!

When it comes down to it - Rupert Murdoch and his many and varied organisations are as big a threat to the west as Putin.

by Anonymousreply 531February 4, 2019 9:43 AM

Well said, r531!

And r530, I voted for Hillary and cried when she lost. Bernie lost me when he didn't expand from his stump speech (which I agreed with) and his lack of accomplishments after decades in the house and senate.

R531 articulates very well what I think.

by Anonymousreply 532February 4, 2019 10:13 AM

The unfortunate truth is that a lot of people don't care for well laid out plans that are presented to them. They are conditioned to gravitate toward loudmouted snake oil salesmen who insist they have an INSTANT cure for everything qhich they are more than willing to share if their demands are met (money, power, etc.).

It's like with losing weight. If you want to lose weight you can either go on a diet, change your eating habits, and work out and be aware of the basic formular of burning more calories than you consume (in order to lose weight) and in a couple of months you will the first real results. Or you can buy some revolutionary product that will melt all these extra pounds, you carry in your stomach and waist area, away and since it costs so much it simply must be working and you will look great within weeks.

by Anonymousreply 533February 4, 2019 10:26 AM

Totally R533 Good hearted liberals consider the situation of the 'forgotten ones' very thoughtfully and feel they can be re-educated to see the light. But they already see their light and it's Trump with his ugly world view which they share. They are lost. As with the UK's embarrassing Brexit, many in favor of the cause are those who will be its victims, but they prefer it that way . I won't waste my time on people who hate us' libtards' and don't care about their own well-being, but I'm mightily pissed off that their depressing view of the world is ruining it.

"President Donald Trump plans to use Tuesday night’s State of the Union address to promise an end to the HIV epidemic in America, four individuals with knowledge of the planned remarks told POLITICO.

Under Trump’s 10-year strategy, health officials would target the U.S. communities with the most HIV infections and work to reduce transmissions by 2030. The strategy has been championed by top health officials, including HHS Secretary Alex Azar and CDC Director Robert Redfield."

The head of the Center for Science in the Public Interest, in opposing Redfield's appointment to the CDC, pointed out that Redfield has in the past supported mandatory HIV testing, reporting of positive HIV results to public health authorities without the patient's consent, and quarantining of HIV-positive individuals in the military.

by Anonymousreply 556February 4, 2019 3:39 PM

If Lindsey were to be nominated for Defense or State he wouldn't go before the Judiciary committee. He'd go before the Armed Services Committee and probably the Foreign Relations Committee. Then he'd go before the entire Senate for a vote, and with a comfortable Republican majority in the Senate, he'd be confirmed. In fact they could play "let's make a deal" and agree to override another Presidential shutdown, and then some Dems would vote for Lindsey. Happens all the time.

BTW: Anyone else see that great recent photo of Mitch McConnell posing in front of the Confederate flag? Proud smile on his face, too. Haven't heard Trump express any outrage about that.

Oh, and the African American Democratic Lt. Governor of Virginia, was just accused of sexual assault. I mean he's Black and in the minds of Racist Republicans, predatory Blacks are always performing sexual assaults., right? I see a pattern here and it goes right back to the Al Franken mess. Context is everything.

Look. I think Northam is disgusting. Foul. Repulsive. But I'm not quite ready to pile on the Resignation bandwagon, especially when Trump is on it too, about something he did 35 years ago. He said he "wanted to earn forgiveness, not ask for forgiveness." He also said for him to resign would be" taking the easy way out," and he'd rather stay, face it and work to address racism in all it's forms.

I 've heard a lot of lame people say "Sorry" and "I have to do better, blah blah blah." I can't recall ever hearing anyone say, "I need to earn your forgiveness." Racism is an ugly part of our cultural heritage. "As American as Apple Pie." as Malcolm X once said.

It's been the motivation for restrictive immigration since the days of Benjamin Franklin. It's been a club used to block people from gaining citizenship. We've had Presidents we revere, Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, FDR, etc. (won't even mention Woodrow Wilson, who was despicable, too.) do terrible, racist things.

People say we need to "have a conversation." We need way more than a conversation. We need to put the fucking rules back in place that we had as a result of the Civil Rights movement in the 50's and 60's. We have to address the disparities in housing, criminal justice, education, the environment, and everything else that nurtures systemic racism. But when we have leverage over someone, why piss it away. We need to think strategically and not reflexively react.

Some said, "You can't legislate tolerance." Yes you fucking can. And we need to create a climate of zero tolerance for racist behavior. Because the climate not only in the South of 35 years ago, but right now all over this country needs to change. So when a motherfucker says "I need to earn your forgiveness..." I say, hell yes, get to work, and earn it! IMO I'd like to see some legitimate group come up with an agenda of issues to address and give Northam and the rest a fucking roadmap.

R563 I had no idea there was an election in VA in 2019. You're right this is a crisis for the state Democratic Party. I just wish we could be smarter about HOW we respond to this bullshit. It's reflexive to scream that someone ought to resign. It's like a game of "Gotcha" the GOP plays very effectively. And while I definitely feel like there must be consequences for racist/sexist/homophobic behavior, I think we need to confront them in a more substantive way. Nailing Northam and the entire legislature, including Republicans, and presenting them with an agenda is one way to do that. IMO Racism needs to be addressed by White people in positions of power regardless of PArty. And when we have a political party actively courting the Alt Right, and giving support to the "good people" who demonstrated in Charlottesville" then why not take this opportunity to really set it out there and challenge both parties and re-focus the spotlight not on something that happened 35 years ago, but on the present. I just feel like we used to be smarter.

These cable news networks will contract with "guest pundits" and compensate them for appearances. Sometimes it is about the "both sides" of the story pursuits, or trying to illicit prominent names that may offer some insider information.

Some such as Rick Tyler on MSNBC have turned out to be worthy commentators. He was terminated as the 2016 Presidential campaign manager for Ted Cruz, when dirty tactics were discovered in the campaign's effort to undermine Marco Rubio.

Others, such as Jeffery Lord, an old Reagan staffer, got in trouble with media remarks related to Charlottesville, and got canned by CNN. CNN appears to adore Rick Santorum who can be analytical at times, then can also make controversial statements, including some that are incorrect.

It's a mixed bag with these people, depending on each individual.

by Anonymousreply 584February 4, 2019 6:05 PM

I wouldn't put it passed Trump to create some crisis, like a terrorist attack, to try to gin up his poll numbers. One thing I do believe is that Trump is so brand conscious he will block any Republican from challenging him. He IS the Republican party, and he might accept being defeated by a Democrat but he'd never permit circumstances to develop where he's challenged in the primaries and could lose. That's not going to happen. If he loses to Dems he'd still claim victory ideologically for his base. If he loses to another Republican, he's just a loser.

by Anonymousreply 585February 4, 2019 6:06 PM

Dotard doesn't need to block anyone from challenging him. The GOP has already decided they will not primary him. No one is going to challenge him. He's their guy.

I got in a fight recently with an old friend of mine from high school. She used to be one of my best friends, but we've drifted apart throughout the years. We reconnected several years ago and then I started to see her social media and it was getting very conservative and anti-Hillary around the campaign (she's one of those idiots who believe that Hilary has literally murdered people with her bare hands). A couple months ago I took her to task for having voted for Mike Pence who is virulently anti-gay. She sees herself as some huge, accepting, pro-LGBT person. She also has a niece who recently came out as trans so now she thinks she is a big supporter of that. I told her that you cannot proclaim to be pro-LGBT and be be a Pence voter. She claims that I have been "abusing her" and that what I've done to her (by holding her to account for her vote) is one of the worst things that has ever been done to her. We've gone back and forth on Facebook messenger. I finally asked her that I needed to know whether or not she would vote for Pence again.

That's when she reveals that she actually *didn't* vote for Trump/Pence at all and she wanted to see how far I would take this. She's obviously lying, right? Who would pretend to be a Pence voter if they weren't? I am finding a lot of this attitude from the right. You calling them on their hypocrisies is twisted around to say that you yourself are "unaccepting of other viewpoints" and "prejudiced." I have cut off all communication with this person because there is no reasoning with her and she constantly flips the script to play a major victim. The biggest snowflakes of all are Trump supporters.

by Anonymousreply 587February 4, 2019 6:24 PM

I'm also certain there will be a manufactured crisis between now and 2020. What's interesting is that the last one (the caravan) didn't catch on. I doubt a crisis about abortion rights will catch on. War with Venezuela?

I mean she very well could not be lying. and just didn't vote. Either way, she sounds awful and I'd suggest no longer engaging.

Lindsey has been prolific with the media in promoting Trump today. Must have been a delightful weekend.

Do other Republicans appreciate her telling them what to do, such as backing an emergency declaration on the wall?

Before becoming a Trump sycophant, she was a proponent of moderation and compromise when it came to undocumented workers. She once backed DACA.

The blackmail material on Lindsay must be AMAZING.

With these MAGA voters you just have to realize they are never going to admit they're wrong, or mistaken. They must always be right. So no matter what you say they will lie and twist things because they're always about being right.

So what if 57% of voters don't want Trump. Even if it were 77%, it's all about how razor-thin wins can be "manufactured" in key swing states for an EC victory.

What if the kompromot on Graham is a video of him fucking a young boy to death?

by Anonymousreply 597February 4, 2019 6:38 PM

Nah. More likely proof of the Senatrice's internet forays into little boy porn.

But now the same nutjobs have gone after Justin Fairfax. Found a woman claiming sexual assault in 2004.
