I like Ari and think he is professional, but his constant rap references confuse some of his more conservative guests and overall it makes him seem less serious. He gets great ratings and has a slightly lower age demographic than some other msnbc hosts but I dont think its because of all the rap crap.............He is very smooth in his delivery, he is on the younger side, and he is seemingly pretty liberal which probably accounts for his demographics not the catering to rap/street artists.

He is so excruciatingly embarrassing. Little nerdy guy who tries to be cool. Though somebody pointed out, he does this probably because he's well aware MSNBC gave that slot to him - a little Jewish guy - when they could have given it to a woman or a POC - so he probably tries to overcompensate.

Either way, I can't watch him anymore. He's pathetic.

I'm young and black and I know for a fact a lot of other blacks watch his show. He also appears on a lot of hip-hop radio shows and has a large urban following. He knows his audience loves it and he's not going to stop.

I turn it off when his last segment starts, if he’s doing anything with entertainment. He’s just no good at it.
