It's been confirmed that Goose, just like his comic version, Chewie, is actually a Flerken, a cat-like alien that holds pocket realities inside his body! (lol) The Flerken also project tentacles from their mouths and that was the give away sign that was spotted in recent merchandise material. Rocket of the GOTG gang hates Flerken and, in the comics, tried to kill Chewie (Goose). I wonder if we are going to see the same in "Avengers: Endgame".

P.S.: There are theories that say that Goose will be the one to hurt Nick Fury's eye. I hope not!

This thread is about the movie "Captain Marvel". The Kree, according to Carol Danvers, who's half-Kree, is a race of noble warriors at war with the Skrulls (we'll see the Skrulls infiltrating Human society in the movie). The first Kree we met in the MCU were Ronan, the Accuser and Korath, the Pursuer and they are reprising their roles in "CM". So, in a certain sense it is a thread about him, but only to discuss the role and importance of his character in the movie.

P.S.: I love comic Ronan; unlike movie Ronan, he's an anti-hero and his story is kind of sad. He died in a recent comic book issue and it was heartbreaking. But, as we all know, death in comics is not permanent: I lost track of how many times Balder died (disappeared), only to be brought back as a literal deus ex-machina! (lol)
