While I wasn't there and cannot tell you whether or not Keith did the things Cameron suggests he did, I am certain he wasn't fired over the phone, as Cameron explained. You never fire anyone over the phone (imagine how much trouble that would cause) and you never fire anyone while being alone with them in the room; there is always a witness in case the terminated employee files a complaint against you. Cameron fucked up in NYC, allowing Joey and Angel to manipulate him into doing whatever they wanted, once Taylor (the only adult in the group) flew back home. When Jett joined, it was a partnership that Deniz loved; he slept with Jett multiple times, which is a major reason why Noah left him and moved back to FL. Keith finally saw Deniz for who he truly is and fired his ass. But that didn't stop Deniz from hanging around the models, taking them to Hawaii, providing them with drugs while in LA with Joey, Angel, Blake and Chad, and filling their heads with bs and nonsense about how nothing was his fault, and he didn't deserve to be fired, etc. And it worked - he saw Joey's temperament as a problem and used it as a spark to persuade Joey to fuck Keith over. Fortunately for Keith, he heard what Joey was going to do (go off on Helix after the St. Louis stop on his book tour), and Keith put an end to it before Joey got the chance to do it.
