Love this show! All 3 of the landscapers are likable and they have great chemistry together.

Bravo has done a wonderful job with their new home & lifestyle programming on Friday nights. If you haven't checked out the Carson Kressley and Thom Felicia show and the "Sweet Home" shows, you need to. They are so much better than the shows on HGTV.

I feel like Bravo is experiencing a renaissance right now. They're producing interior design and gardening shows, and reintroducing competition reality shows, like Project Runway, back to the network. It's such a breath of fresh air from the tired Real Housewives shows.

I agree. I really liked the Thom & Carson show & loved the Sweet Home show. The designer on Sweet Home is fantastically talented.

I only watched the first show with the Fire Island roof and the project on the Hudson, sorry these look like complete maintenance nightmares to me. No way in hell are those two queens in Brooklyn going to keep all those plants alive in the summer with all the heat.

They need to do future shows to let us see how the owners are doing with their money sucking plants and furniture that will need constant attention over the next few months after it looks like shit.

Those two sissies with the ugly dog must have been rejected at the real Fire Island, so they need to simulate it on their roof.

Loved the first season (however I don't think I finished the finale with the straight wedding, that one I didn't care for some reason early on). I'm exited about the second season.

Anyone watching the second season? I only watched a couple episodes the first season, but am hooked this year. Maybe it’s the result of COVID?

Garrett is so sexy. I didn’t want to like him because he looked like such a Hells Kitchen Instagay. But he seems sweet, of a tiny bit intellectually limited. Mel is the glue that keeps the group together. James, the fat bear, is totally insufferable. He’s lazy, bitchy but not in a good way, and selfish. He is the epitome of the morbidly obese gay who unrealistically believes he is fabulous and above it all. A bit of success goes way to his head because he was probably bullied and knows he isn’t physically attractive. If I were the other two, I’d ditch that nasty fat queen

I like Garrett on the show. He's funny and down-to-Earth. The other guy, however, is impossible to watch. He's such a high maintenance primadonna.

What R78 said, James is a complainer and doesn't enjoy the installations. He'd rather be sitting in the air conditioned office "growing the business". He's the 'money man' but wants to make design suggestions that no one cares to implement. Then he whines that no one listens to him. Granted, someone needs to do the office work and talk to customers and vendors but that won't get him scenes on the show. Dilemma! James should fuck right off to certain rejection in LA and Mel and Garret should get a new office drone.

Also, does anyone see a resemblance between Mel and Kristin D from Vanderpump Rules? Main differences being Mel has a pleasant personality and is not a drunken whore.

In terms of the business management side, James may be a fine accounts receivables clerk but in the past several episodes his client relations skills are far below those of Mel and Garrett. He come across as surly, disapproving, or pressuring with the clients. The other two have to charm the clients. Basically, all the obese queen is good at is creating invoices and depositing checks at the bank. Instead of cutting him one-third of the profits, send the bitch on his way and hire an office manager for $50,000/year.

While Paul, crew member, didn’t keep in his lane and overstepped, I think he was right about crowding the plants in the episode where he was fired. More importantly, I’m going to miss seeing him shirtless; to me he is hotter than Abe.
