Seriously
Whose dick did Darren Criss suck to get all these awards?
by Anonymous | reply 75 | February 18, 2019 12:55 AM |
Probably quicker to list the ones he hasn't.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | January 7, 2019 3:02 AM |
Is he the least talented actor to ever win an Emmy AND a Golden Globe?
by Anonymous | reply 3 | January 7, 2019 3:08 AM |
Umm did you watch Versace??? His performance was genius. He might not be the most versatile actor in the world, but you win for a single performance, not your range or body of work.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | January 7, 2019 3:11 AM |
I used to think he was cute until I saw what a midget he is on the Golden Globes. His shortness took all his hotness away....gross.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | January 7, 2019 3:11 AM |
Two down, two to go for EGOT.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | January 7, 2019 3:12 AM |
Yes, I saw Versace and he was not "genius"
by Anonymous | reply 7 | January 7, 2019 3:15 AM |
He swallows but good!
by Anonymous | reply 8 | January 7, 2019 3:15 AM |
Criss has a Grammy?
Yes he was genius.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | January 7, 2019 3:16 AM |
R6 Good luck with that, since he said he won't play gay anymore I don't know what roles he will get.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | January 7, 2019 3:16 AM |
[quote]Two down, two to go for EGOT.
Yes the G stands for Grammy not Golden Globe.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | January 7, 2019 3:22 AM |
He is going to play gay again. He can be straight for Broadway, but is unconvincing on film as hetero.
by Anonymous | reply 12 | January 7, 2019 3:25 AM |
I wanted him to be genius in Versace r4. I honestly did. He was not.
by Anonymous | reply 13 | January 7, 2019 3:28 AM |
His range runs the gamut from "somewhat queeny guy" to "very queeny guy"
by Anonymous | reply 14 | January 7, 2019 3:30 AM |
where is the gif is criss want to sit on a dick?
by Anonymous | reply 15 | January 7, 2019 3:40 AM |
Darren Criss thanked his mother while accepting his #GoldenGlobe for best performance by an actor in a limited series, but he forgot to thank the gays he played to get there.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | January 7, 2019 3:40 AM |
All the Darren Criss fans are all up in arms over that tweet r16.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | January 7, 2019 3:42 AM |
Pretty sure this is the guy who made that Out Magazine tweet.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | January 7, 2019 3:45 AM |
Darren should have thanked the gay community. Versace was by design a very gay series that focused on gay issues. Ryan Murphy made a big point of that in his speech at the Emmys.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | January 7, 2019 3:47 AM |
Bryan Safi is going off on Criss and Malek's wins
by Anonymous | reply 20 | January 7, 2019 4:09 AM |
R16, Out Magazine is getting bitchy tonight!
by Anonymous | reply 21 | January 7, 2019 4:12 AM |
[quote]you win for a single performance, not your range or body of work.
Many other examples say otherwise.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | January 7, 2019 4:13 AM |
Is Darren Criss on his way to an EGOT? He's an Emmy winner. Does a Golden Globe count?
by Anonymous | reply 23 | January 7, 2019 4:13 AM |
The Golden Globes again proves that the only way to win an award as a gay man is to be a straight man.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | January 7, 2019 4:14 AM |
So Hollywood has been chock full of homos since day one, but all of a sudden there are none to play these characters who were gay in real life??
by Anonymous | reply 25 | January 7, 2019 4:14 AM |
Gays are so BITCHY!!!!
"I'm GAY!! You must THANK ME IF YOU WIN ANYTHING!"
Ridiculous.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | January 7, 2019 4:44 AM |
And another award to add to his collection. Critic Choice Award.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | January 14, 2019 1:49 AM |
Fantastic gif r27 !
by Anonymous | reply 29 | January 14, 2019 1:53 AM |
He deserves these awards for his brilliant Versace performance. One of the best acting jobs of the year
by Anonymous | reply 30 | January 14, 2019 2:12 AM |

Not according to all of the awards threads. 😑
by Anonymous | reply 31 | January 14, 2019 2:33 AM |
Versace was not as good as OJ
by Anonymous | reply 32 | January 14, 2019 2:43 AM |
He is reported to be 5'8"
by Anonymous | reply 33 | January 14, 2019 2:52 AM |
Escape at Dannemora was better than Versace. Versace started out good and was terrible the last 4 episodes.

Myan Rurphy
by Anonymous | reply 36 | January 14, 2019 3:00 AM |
Hate him and Nick Jonas. So condescending and patronizing to the gays.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | January 14, 2019 3:02 AM |
He never sucked MY cock. (Nor R37's, apparently.)
by Anonymous | reply 38 | January 14, 2019 3:42 AM |
"He deserves these awards for his brilliant Versace performance. One of the best acting jobs of the year"
The only "job" he succeeded at was the "job" he gave Ryan Murphy
by Anonymous | reply 39 | January 14, 2019 3:44 AM |
When I look at these awards I just think of that scene in the Versace pilot where he has his freak out in the car. My friend and I both cringed in embarrassment at his performance. To his credit, he did get better, some episodes I was impressed.
But sweeping all these awards?! Whatever, it happens.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | January 14, 2019 3:46 AM |
No range? he went from an acapella singing teen to a murderous sociopath.
I saw him on Lip Synch Battle and was impressed. He's very comfortable with who he is.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | January 26, 2019 12:53 AM |
I was surprised and impressed with Criss's performance in Versace. Previously I had written him off.
Whether it was genius or not I will leave for others to determine.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | January 26, 2019 12:59 AM |
"No range? he went from an acapella singing teen to a murderous sociopath."
He sucked in both roles
"He's very comfortable with who he is."
A gay guy pretending to be a straight guy pretending to be a gay guy?!
by Anonymous | reply 44 | January 26, 2019 1:00 AM |
[quote]I saw him on Lip Synch Battle and was impressed. He's very comfortable with who he is.
I mean guys doing some drag on that lip synch battle show is pretty cliche at this point ( I mean it is based on Drag in the first place). Many celebrity guys have done it before him.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | January 26, 2019 1:04 AM |
Well, he just won a SAG Award and on top of that BEAT Sir Anthony Hopkins (who didn't even show up). Like huh?? Also just looked him up and he's engaged to a woman. Will wonders ever cease??
by Anonymous | reply 47 | January 28, 2019 12:49 AM |
I'm binging on Versace now, and I think he was was very good. I actually think Finn Wittrock was much better in the less showy role. He was actually pretty excellent in the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" episode that revolved around Jeff Trail.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | January 28, 2019 1:19 AM |
I agree that Wittrock was better than Criss
by Anonymous | reply 49 | January 28, 2019 1:36 AM |
that's a good one, r46.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | January 28, 2019 1:47 AM |
I thought Wittrock stole the episodes he was in. He was incredibly effective in the scene where he comforted his fellow sailor who was being gay bashed on ship. He acted with his eyes, the way he let the sailor know that he too was gay without saying a word. It was just all very touching and moving. I know, MARY! but I watched that scene several times and cried each time.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | January 28, 2019 1:49 AM |
Wittrock is one of those clutch actors that makes even the smallest parts unforgettable. For him it's all about the work, not the perks or publicity. He's done so many little parts that he's worked with a lot if actors and racked up a ton of favor among them. That's hoe he keeps getting nominated for stuff.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | January 28, 2019 1:54 AM |
...........
by Anonymous | reply 53 | January 28, 2019 3:57 PM |
Of course Wittrock is a better actor than Criss. That's a given.
I'd think even Darren Criss would admit that though he is the one with the emmy. He has talked about how a lot of winning is being in the hot role in the hot project.
by Anonymous | reply 54 | January 28, 2019 4:06 PM |
Darren had the power of the Ryan Murphy prestige machine behind him, he was never going to lose. A lot of what wins is dictated by who you know, the awareness of your project and.. well, money. I think he was fine. His performance was elevated due to other factors such as locales and the way it was shot. He was basically pulling a lot from his Blaine role-- a lot of his bad OTT acting on Glee worked here as he played a psychopath-- and ultimately it's different much only in the sense of title. The feel of the character felt the same at times to me.
Ultimately he will go far because he seems to be in the pocket of White Gay Hollywood. I wonder if he's involved in anything shady.
(I had to laugh at his panicked expression when he forgot the script and went back to to kiss his beard. Masterful work.)
by Anonymous | reply 55 | January 28, 2019 10:18 PM |
Versace was nothing compared to OJ. DAT ASS THO
by Anonymous | reply 56 | January 29, 2019 12:55 AM |
Hugh Grant also played a gay sociopath, and did a much better job
by Anonymous | reply 57 | January 29, 2019 3:09 AM |
Anyone that thinks awards are firmly and only decided based on talent are delusional. His fans are feeling so validated right now and sneering so smugly as if a lot of this didn't have a price tag attached to it. I can only imagine what he's thinking about himself.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | January 29, 2019 3:46 AM |
[quote]Darren Criss thanked his mother while accepting his #GoldenGlobe for best performance by an actor in a limited series, but he forgot to thank the gays he played to get there.
The gays he played to get there? He played a mass murderer. Whoever wrote that was a fool.

[quote]Escape at Dannemora was better than Versace. Versace started out good and was terrible the last 4 episodes.
"Escape at Dannemora" was good but was too long and slow in pace. It could have been cut to five episodes and been a classic. Patricia Arquette is the reason for it's success and she has been awarded for it.
by Anonymous | reply 60 | January 29, 2019 10:02 AM |
Well...he actually went through with the wedding. I wonder if Elton John officiated/
by Anonymous | reply 61 | February 17, 2019 4:09 AM |
So now he'll be sucking dick on the side as a married man.
by Anonymous | reply 62 | February 17, 2019 4:11 AM |
Criss has been a replacement lead actor on Broadway. Only saw one performance, but enough to know he is not totally dependent on Ryan M.
by Anonymous | reply 63 | February 17, 2019 4:20 AM |
How did he manage to look MORE gay in pics from his wedding to a woman? It's the white suit, isn't it?
by Anonymous | reply 64 | February 17, 2019 4:47 AM |
Darren don't suk, he fuks, and he fuks so good that any one on the voting boards would be nuts to pass up his young thick long cock cause he know how to get in there deep and punch so gooood.
by Anonymous | reply 65 | February 17, 2019 6:07 AM |
R32 Agreed. The People vs O.J. Simpson was much better.
I don't think Criss deserved even a nomination. His performance was serviceable, and nothing more. Wittrock was far superior with far less airtime. Even Fern was better than Criss. Judith Light was better. Many actors were better.
I don't know why it was lauded that Criss is half Filipino. He doesn't look half Filipino and he didn't resemble Cunanan.
It's not that Darren Criss was bad. But, awards are supposed to reward the best performance and Darren's wasn't a standout performance. The more awards he wins, the more absurd it is.
The second installment of this series was disappointing. Not sure what the next one will be but this one was a chore at times.
by Anonymous | reply 66 | February 17, 2019 7:24 AM |
Also agree that OJ was infinitely better. Versace was difficult to get into. Not as well written, nor acted.
by Anonymous | reply 67 | February 17, 2019 7:28 AM |
I haven't watched Versace yet-----don't tell me how it ends I want to be surprised.
by Anonymous | reply 68 | February 17, 2019 7:46 AM |
In an ideal world, I don't even think a gay community would exist. Men who slept with men didn't used to use labels like gay or bisexual. Can I fuck or love another man without it being at the forefront of my identity? That being said, the heteros have created a force to be reckon with. Gays are powerful as fuck (at least in the US). Abrahamic religions have really divided the world.
by Anonymous | reply 69 | February 17, 2019 8:20 AM |
"Can I fuck or love another man without it being at the forefront of my identity?"
Why not, since straight men's identities revolve around how many women they fuck
by Anonymous | reply 70 | February 17, 2019 3:19 PM |
Gurl was choked up, not with emotion but from getting throat-fucked by directors.
by Anonymous | reply 71 | February 17, 2019 3:22 PM |
He didn't wear socks at his wedding, the wedding dress is dreadful and she's wearing army boots. They seem a wee obnoxious. Any celebs attend?
by Anonymous | reply 72 | February 17, 2019 4:54 PM |
People mag said his Glee co-stars Chord Overstreet, Harry Shum Jr, John Stamos and Lea Michele attended (Lea also performed).
by Anonymous | reply 73 | February 18, 2019 12:03 AM |
R73 I'd like to see Chord "perform". It would take a seriously thick one to fill that mouth up.
by Anonymous | reply 74 | February 18, 2019 12:21 AM |
Not one of those photos does either of them look happy to have gotten married to one another. Agreed the dress and white boots were atrocious.
