Since it's almost certain few posters will bother reading the articles:

The model did not send Weber nudes. The model's agency did. And it's only after receiving the nudes that Weber agreed to shoot the model.

The messages the model did send were photos from his portfolio and messages like "Thank you Mr Webber! See you soon :-)". I'd like to know how the Weber defenders can claim that something like that proves the model wanted it.

I think this will backfire. If Weber truly was innocent, he wouldn't need to indulge in individual character assassination. And it all makes him look pathetic and sleazy.

It should be: If Weber truly was GUILTY, the accuser would be able to prove it without character assassination. It's not up to Weber, not matter what a sleazebag he may or may not be, to prove he's innocent. It's for the accuser to prove he's guilty.

Unless there is a cum soaked blue dress, it doesn't matter whether 20 or 200 people make accusations. It's still he said/he said. The only support for these people is their credibility. If Weber needs to defend himself, of course he has to impugn that credibility.

As for 20 people making a claim - all of whom have a financial incentive to make it - I'd say that there are numerous instances of many people making multiple false claims. From the McMartin preschool fiasco to Obama's birth certificate, you can always find people who will make unfounded accusations.

I doubt that Weber is completely innocent. I'm sure many models both offered and were solicited for sexual favors in exchange for career assistance.

But, we have got to get back to some sanity when it comes to guilt by accusation.

That’s not how it works, R15. Weber isn’t the one who needs to prove anything or provide any “evidence”. He can, if he wants to, but that’s not obligatory.

It’s his accusers or the AG who MUST provide “evidence”. The obligation of proof is fully on them, not on Weber.
