Now.

Before the Boomers, people aged quickly and terribly, so not them.

by Anonymousreply 2January 5, 2019 6:37 AM

As much as I hate to say it, millennials.

by Anonymousreply 3January 5, 2019 6:39 AM

Gen Z. Although they're a little bit long in the tooth.

by Anonymousreply 4January 5, 2019 6:41 AM

Walt Whitman's generation.

by Anonymousreply 5January 5, 2019 6:45 AM

Hot men all across the board.

by Anonymousreply 6January 5, 2019 6:48 AM

Millennials. End of.

by Anonymousreply 7January 5, 2019 6:49 AM

Millennials because they're all for sale like the guy below, gay or straight

Now

by Anonymousreply 9January 5, 2019 6:57 AM

Hmm I wouldn’t have said millenials. First of all they’re young right now so we’re flooded of images of them. But when I make a list of the most beautiful men I’ve ever laid eyes on there’s no millenials or hen Xers on the list. I don’t like smooth bodies, I don’t like tattoos, I don’t like skinny pants. Then again the masculine men from the silent generation that I adore all hit the wall full speed at 35 so.... I’m gen Z for the record lol. And I think I look like a waste of a Y chromosome compared to the men I think are ‘ideal’

by Anonymousreply 10January 5, 2019 6:58 AM

Millennials. They are a generation of narcissistic men.

by Anonymousreply 11January 5, 2019 7:03 AM

Op where's generation jones? We are hawt!

by Anonymousreply 12January 5, 2019 7:06 AM

Greatest Generation and silent generation looked like they were 40 when they were 25.

by Anonymousreply 13January 5, 2019 7:07 AM

The expression on the guy at R8 explains so much about millennials.

by Anonymousreply 14January 5, 2019 7:11 AM

Millenials don’t look “masculine” comparing them to the old standards of male beauty. Everyone looks like a bottom. Straight men in Texas look like party bottoms. I walk to work and there’s streams of men in tights with designer haircuts running past me and saying “great job” “get it bro” to each other and my gaydar is faultering.

by Anonymousreply 15January 5, 2019 7:13 AM

[quote] the old standards of male beauty

The old standards of male beauty has men dying at age 50-60.

by Anonymousreply 16January 5, 2019 7:15 AM

I’m 22 and DL has kind of ruined me. All the threads on old movie stars has made every guy I meet look like an infant. Nobody has gotten me as hard as the dudes the eldergays post. My friends think Matt Bomer is an 11 and Jon Hamm is as masc as you can get and I’m like Clint Walker’s index finger was more masc than every modern day actor put together. Lord I need a time machine.

by Anonymousreply 17January 5, 2019 7:18 AM

I'm just in shock that all the guys in op's pic have their pubes untouched.

LOL at R17, yeah DL will do that to you.

by Anonymousreply 18January 5, 2019 7:25 AM

Uhm....

Yikes star tattoo in the front has micro peen.

by Anonymousreply 20January 5, 2019 7:27 AM

r20, e was Jewish, pretty sure he never had tattoos

by Anonymousreply 21January 5, 2019 7:30 AM

Millennials are winning the poll at this hour (voting for themselves, no doubt, along with DL's legion of pathetic chickenhawks.)

But never forget, it's the BABY BOOMERS who are the most vain and shallow, and who are most in love with themselves. Per the "Mommy-Says-I'm-Perfect" Millennials.

by Anonymousreply 22January 5, 2019 7:37 AM

Nonsense. Millennials are the fattest generation in history. At least Z is a little better in this regard.

by Anonymousreply 23January 5, 2019 7:47 AM

Someone is mad that nobody has even mentioned Gen X in this discussion, R22.

by Anonymousreply 24January 5, 2019 7:49 AM

Silent generation.

by Anonymousreply 25January 5, 2019 7:58 AM

In the UK, Millennials are the fattest generation ever. Apparently, by the time they hit middle age, 70% (!) of them will be overweight. Unsure about the American numbers but I'm sure they won't be far off from these. And I found this study to be surprising since, anecdotally, Millennials are SO into self-care and fitness. I guess for every fit one you get 3 fatties.

Britain, in general, is caught in a rather depressing, obese, downward spiral, R26, so that isn't too surprising.

by Anonymousreply 28January 5, 2019 8:17 AM

Well I find the times we live in be divided into two extremes in almost everything. There have never been more fat people and there have never been more people exercising recreationally. And in large cities the two meet and every block has 7 food places and 2 gyms...and a big bank. Strange times.

For the record in my day to day life I see out of shape men and women who do not look like they are taking care of themselves. I work in media so it’s mostly 20-40 year olds and there’s no eye candy. Lots of bellies bulging out over band shirts and chunky girls in yoga pants. I come to NYC once a month and LA every quarter and in both cities I do indeed see the Instaho types and a larger percentage of pretty people. I also see land whales of such size that their mobility must be a medical miracle.

In another case of extremes at our catering truck we have 2/3 of people gorging on hot dogs and slices of pizza all day and the 1/3 who are hardcore vegans.

And yet another extreme our parking lot is bikes and scooters and colossal SUVs. Nothing in between.

That’s what I said to my boyfriend recently. I miss life in between. I wish it would come back but I’m far too lazy to live in the extremes.

by Anonymousreply 29January 5, 2019 8:52 AM

Millennials are cool because they’re not so hang up on labels when it comes to sex, but they are not hot. There’s no millennial movie star that I find sexy. To this day, Brad Pitt is the default generic hot Hollywood guy even though he’s way past his prime.

by Anonymousreply 30January 5, 2019 12:45 PM

Gay men from the 70s. ONLY. Baby Boom? Passionate, angry, galvanized, gay Pride, no shaving or trimming, no gunts, moobs, or love handles.

by Anonymousreply 31January 5, 2019 1:25 PM

The Pilgrim and Pocahontas generation. Masc tops, bareback anal, great rimmers. Those dudes were smokin' hot

by Anonymousreply 32January 5, 2019 2:54 PM

It varies.

by Anonymousreply 33January 11, 2019 12:26 AM

The 90s men in gay porn where the pinnacle of Male beauty to me, hot muscular bodies, thick cocks and hot and mainly faces.

by Anonymousreply 34January 11, 2019 12:33 AM

The shaved, plucked bodies were a turn off, R34.

by Anonymousreply 35January 11, 2019 12:38 AM

Millennial men take better care of themselves than any other generation

by Anonymousreply 36January 11, 2019 12:39 AM

If that also includes narcissism, R36, then yes.

by Anonymousreply 37January 11, 2019 12:40 AM

The 60s was hair, hair everywhere and not a tat anywhere. It was fun. FUN, dammit.

by Anonymousreply 38January 11, 2019 12:47 AM

Physical beauty doesn't really change much from generations. Style and fashion do.

by Anonymousreply 39January 11, 2019 2:40 PM

All these tattos are gross.

by Anonymousreply 40January 11, 2019 2:41 PM

Tattoos

by Anonymousreply 41January 11, 2019 2:41 PM

Tattoos are not my thing but they have been around for thousands of years.

by Anonymousreply 42January 11, 2019 2:43 PM

Fwb X/Millenials are the tattoo generation. I like bodies with none. But everyone has to have one even if it’s small

by Anonymousreply 43January 11, 2019 2:48 PM

R39 is right. Male beauty is fairly consistent over time. FAIRLY, I said. Not completely. The fashion and styles do change but a handsome man is a handsome man. No matter the era.

by Anonymousreply 44January 11, 2019 3:02 PM

People used to look more inbred and malnourished before, the closer to the beginning of the 20th century.

by Anonymousreply 45January 11, 2019 3:09 PM

Miss OP’s pix, don’t any of them know how to fluff?

by Anonymousreply 46January 11, 2019 3:27 PM

^ not sure but I am happy with the middle guy.
