I know he's Christian, I don't believe he's anti-gay. When I saw the name Rusty Joiner, I just assumed it was a movie from about 2005, but it was 2018. Looking at his IMDB page it looks like he is having a bit of a career boost from the Lifetime movies. I could see him show up in a Hallmark movie as well. He can pull of the jeans and flannel or Henley shirt, the standard attire from the old high school boyfriend who stayed in the small town.
