A while ago we had someone who would post a dozen or so pretty good gossip threads a day, while at the same time posting really awful conservative, homophobic threads. Lots of racist stuff too, if I recall. He apparently did it to make himself look like a regular, and also to keep people from putting him on ignore because if they did, they would miss out on his supposedly good threads.

I have noticed since then that a lot of the people who post threads about specific Democratic candidate potentials for 2020 are doing the same thing. Maybe it's the same guy with multiple logins, but notes that were left on a thread about Beto O'Rourke and another thread seem to indicate that they are actually "foreign operatives."
