Gnocchi

I would like to enjoy gnocchi with marinara but am unsure how to proceed. Do DL pasta rules apply?

I like the Parisian gnocchi best.

Best recipe ever. Surprisingly easy and relatively healthy. Try it.

Gnocchi is not pasta.

Try this. Until I came across it, I didn't know there was any gnocchi that didn't involve potatoes. It's worked flawlessly for me every time.

my mother is from Sicily. She made gnocchi once a week and served it in several different ways. Brown butter sage sauce, marinara, but my favorite was when after boiling, she sauteed in olive oil with lots of salt and pepper - they would get crispy. Usually, she would first fry chicken thighs in the pan, then remove and add the gnocchi and it would add nice flavor - served with marinara on the side.

After you boil it, saute it in butter until browned. It tastes so much better.
