Love Zander
His performance is consistently fearless

Who is that in OP’s .gif?

R2 some Italian porn guy named Zander Cruz

Why was the previous thread locked/closed?
by Anonymous | reply 4 | December 20, 2018 12:08 AM |
Because two cunts derailed it by trolling and cunting around, and people engaged them rather than block them.
The first thread was quite civil, considering the subject matter.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | December 20, 2018 12:11 AM |
Back on topic: no millennial guys, for the last 3 or 4 years, have asked to wear a condom while I fucked then. They all want me to cum in their ass. I’m on Prep, so I oblige them.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | December 20, 2018 12:25 AM |
These people who are driving around in a 10 year old Hyundai claiming to be on prep are too much. No way can they afford 3k a month for meds. I don’t think insurance covers it.
So I don’t buy that for one minute. About 1 in 50 who claim to be on prep really are.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | December 20, 2018 12:42 AM |
Not all millennials are broke, R7. Some of us are pushing 40, with careers...
by Anonymous | reply 8 | December 20, 2018 1:38 AM |
Exactly R7. Guys on prep are into unsafe anal sex, and were into it long before prep became available. Also every single poz guy claims he is undetectable, but unless you have seen recent lab work and you know he is taking meds don't just take his word, and keep in mind most poz guys fuck/get fucked raw.
These are the reasons why as a top that is neg I use condoms and do not get with guys on PREP or who are HIV+ or who want to get fucked raw.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | December 20, 2018 3:03 AM |
I’m monogamous now, but before I settled down, I fucked guys raw all the time. Total strangers, too. But as a top. I’m still HIV negative. There is rather low risk for tops who fuck raw.
I’m Generation X(XX).
R8, the oldest Millennials are 36.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | December 20, 2018 4:05 AM |
If a guy offers to let me fuck him raw PrEP or not I politely decline his offer, wish him well and move on.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | December 20, 2018 6:51 AM |
millennial dudes barebacking isn't brand new. i know of an acquaintance who worked in the 2016 Rio Olympic Village and he said sex apps and hooking up were rampant, but many weren't using the condoms and lube provided for free. i believe they tried doubling down for the 2018 games. not sure how that all worked out.

R19 if you’re on Prep, there is no hazard. You can fuck Zander, or any poz guy, as much as you want.
I’m amazed at how many science deniers post on this site.
Soon, normal human aging will finish these sex negatives off, and we won’t have to hear their jealous yammering.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | December 20, 2018 4:14 PM |
R20 it is not denying science or being sex negative to avoid having unprotected sex with someone that is HIV+, and who probably has other diseases.
Back on topic: no millennial guys, for the last 3 or 4 years, have asked to wear a condom while I fucked then. They all want me to cum in their ass. I’m on Prep, so I oblige them.
You’re supposed to wear condoms on PrEP. PrEP is simply a backup. You can still contract HIV, not to mention other STDs.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | December 20, 2018 4:48 PM |
if you’re on Prep, there is no hazard.
Yes there is. PrEP is not guaranteed to work. That’s why you have to wear condoms.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | December 20, 2018 4:49 PM |
Awareness and use of HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) among black gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men (MSM) in the United States increased significantly between 2014 and 2017.
However, HIV prevalence was significantly higher among PrEP users compared to individuals who were not on PrEP. The investigators stress this does not show PrEP failure but is likely due to factors such as poor medication adherence and lack of engagement with healthcare providers.
“It is imperative to recognize that our findings reflect challenges to maintain proper usage of PrEP rather than biological failure of PrEP to protect against HIV,” write the authors. “HIV infections that have occurred among PrEP users are the result of suboptimal levels of drug concentrations because of challenges in adhering to PrEP medical regimens.”

by Anonymous | reply 25 | December 20, 2018 4:59 PM |
PrEP is covered by my insurance. Stop spreading misinformation, R7.
There are so many sex negative people here on DL. Why? Being gay means we get to have all the guilt-free sex we want.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | December 20, 2018 5:01 PM |
R28 those who are sex negative are incels....no one will fuck them. They don’t realize that envy is their most unattractive trait.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | December 20, 2018 5:14 PM |
PrEP is the first way bottoms can protect themselves from HIV. Before you had to rely on the top wearing and keeping on a condom.
Now it doesn't matter if the other guy is even lying about being on PrEP; you can protect yourself

by Anonymous | reply 38 | December 20, 2018 11:59 PM |
R27 it is not being sex negative or an incel to want to avoid getting HIV and other diseases. If people want to do it raw and take PREP that is their choice but as a top I avoid having sex with these guys since they are into unprotected anal sex with strangers or fuck buddies who they think are neg, act like they are invincible and that prep is some magic pill so they can get gang fucked raw like it is 1978.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | December 21, 2018 1:05 AM |
Magic pill r39?
Repeat after me: Science is not magic.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | December 21, 2018 1:09 AM |
I never claimed that science is magic R40. But guys on prep have magical thinking that taking prep will always keep them HIV neg, and in other previous discussion threads here on DL people on prep claim it will protect them against other diseases. Despite how other diseases and bacterial infections have skyrocketed, and there have been some men on prep who did get infected with HIV despite taking it daily. Of course you are supposed to use prep with condoms but almost nobody does this.

by Anonymous | reply 45 | December 21, 2018 3:21 AM |
Millennials are those born between 1981 and 1996, R45. Date ranges vary depending on who you ask.
As for the term itself, I'm not sure how it became a thing. We used to be Gen Y and we flew nicely under the radar between the years 2000 to around 2012. Then right after, there was a sudden barrage of the term everywhere. It was all a cheap marketing and journalistic ploy, I think.

No worries, R45. I'm a so-called millennial who doesn't like the semantics of the word 'millennial' as it is applied to our age group. It makes no sense. I think millennial should've been the label applied to babies borne around the turn of the millennium, i.e. today's teenagers.
Our label should've been something that describes the last generation of the 20th century.

Why is GIF guy attacking anyone who has concerns about PrEP?
by Anonymous | reply 63 | December 21, 2018 11:52 PM |
R63 because he's a troll? I understand your concerns. I personally do not feel like risking my health or the health of my sexual partners by taking PREP and having unprotected anal sex even as a top. I am a lot more into oral sex and have always practiced safer sex.
I give it to a partner or person I am dating after we talk about our sexual history and get tested together for multiple diseases.

by Anonymous | reply 69 | December 22, 2018 10:09 AM |
R65 no I wouldn't say that, but when they keep going on about how life is a banquet, that all bi and gay men should be on prep and fuck bare, and that if you don't agree with this or have hesitation about having bare sex with someone that is HIV+, and that this is being sex negative...it is all basically trolling or an EST.
by Anonymous | reply 71 | December 22, 2018 6:28 PM |

by Anonymous | reply 75 | December 23, 2018 4:20 AM |
Prep is not a guarantee against contracting HIV. Saying so does not deny science. If you’re not in a long term relationship where you’ve both tested negative, wear a condom or make sure your partner does.
by Anonymous | reply 76 | December 23, 2018 5:01 AM |
R75 wearing a condom is not a guarantee against contracting HIV. Having sex, touching or being around another person mean that you take a risk about contracting any innumerable fatal disease.
by Anonymous | reply 77 | December 23, 2018 8:09 PM |
San Francisco saw another decline in new HIV infections in 2017. The use of PrEP is cited as one of the main reasons for the decline. The 2018 numbers should be out sometime in mid-2019.

Yes R82, and guys on prep get a syphilis test (and gonorrhea/chlamydia tests) every 3 months. I’m hiv negative and not on prep because I’m in a relationship, but I’d feel much safer having sex with guys on prep than guys who aren’t.

Except, of course, for the ones who don't -- like the poor unfortunates described at R24, who "were significantly more likely than HIV-negative PrEP users not to have had a recent HIV test."

PREP is like the birth control pill, in that it is largely effective but not 100%. Just as women are told that to stop an unwanted pregnancy it is best to combine the pill with other forms of birth control, it is recommended to combine PREP with other protection. I am a millennial and I wouldn't do it, unless I was in a long term relationship with the person, but that might stem from the fact that growing up the only person I knew who was openly gay was a cousin who died of HIV/AIDS. I would have loved for him to have lived so that I would have had someone to talk to when I was a teenager.
by Anonymous | reply 99 | December 28, 2018 10:47 PM |
Clearly, as has been the case for a number of years, if you remain a gay HIV negative guy in NYC you are DEFINITELY part of the problem!
The fact that you had the nerve to live through the AIDS crisis by using condoms and practicing safe sex alone makes you "judgmental", and nobody even WANTS to remain negative anymore! Refusing to seroconvert won't get you interviewed, featured on a subway poster, or asked about how you managed not to die of AIDS. NOBODY cares!
by Anonymous | reply 100 | December 31, 2018 4:46 AM |
Here's the thing. I'm a Gen Xer and unfortunately grew up as a teen during the height of the AIDS epidemic. We saw how horrible the disease was and the utter devastation it had. It kept me from being promiscuous. Millennials don't want to hear about AIDS and want to live in the moment. It's not unlike their general mindset. Just bc Prep may keep them safe from AIDS, all this barebacking may lead to some other deadly disease on the horizon. Your preaching and lecturing does no good. Sometimes people need to learn on their own. Let's hope history doesn't repeat itself.

There’s nothing wrong with living in the moment. It’s how all life should be lived actually.
Putting that I’m neg and on PrEP in my Grindr profile usually saves me from any awkwardness of a guy trying to use a condom when fucking me. r114 Corrected, but you link still shows that new diagnosis are far more amongst young people than older. Your chart in r115 just shows that there are more older people with it than younger because, durrrr, they didn't have all the education and prophylactics as we do nowadays.
You theory that just because somebody is younger means they're cleaner is as dumb as straight men who think prettier women are cleaner.
Since you like charts so much:

by Anonymous | reply 117 | December 31, 2018 9:21 PM |
r117 the chart in r115 is just showing the age group of people living in America with HIV. Obviously the older generations were more prone to it because the didn't have the education about it that the newer generation does.
Than being said, the chart in r116 shows that newer diagnosis of HIV are more prevalent amongst younger people than older people. Wonder why that is?

That's true, and I feel to see how that reasoning undermines my point at all. Regardless of the why, it is factually true that people over 30 are nearly ten times more likely to be HIV+ than people under 30 like myself. Between that and Prep, I'm good

You may want that, R140, but no top wants just one hole, especially if the bottom lets him know he's good (which clearly you tend to).
by Anonymous | reply 143 | January 5, 2019 5:00 AM |
Given the option, all men would rather fuck bareback. Millennials just slid into sexual peak at the right time.

R141 I do have a pussy......it’s called an asshole. Excuse me for wanting one nice committed dick to cum in me. And R143 Who fucking tells the Top that he’s an extremely good lay? Everyone knows that after hooking up. It’s just best to get dressed, say “Thanks for the fun time” and then kick them out. You’re clearly a dumb whore that likes to brag about how “amazing” the sex was after. Hence why you would even bring such a subject up. You’re most likely a lame fuck.

The incidence of sexually acquired hepatitis C virus (HCV) infections appears to be rising among men who have sex with men (MSM) and use pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) against HIV, U.S. researchers report.
"With the advent of PrEP, we hypothesized that HIV-uninfected men would now be having sex without a condom and receiving HCV-containing sexual body fluids into their rectums from HIV-infected MSM, who have a much higher prevalence of HCV, and that we would then see HCV infections among MSM taking PrEP," Dr. Daniel S. Fierer from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York told Reuters Health. "This turned out to be the case."

R191 your exact words:

by Anonymous | reply 192 | January 24, 2019 6:30 PM |
It's simple. You take a daily pill and you won't get HIV. Other STIs are collateral damage and easily treated with meds. There's no reason NOT to have bb sex these days, unless you're utterly paranoid and/or hideous and/or old. I suspect all three descriptions apply to most of the sex-neg posters.
by Anonymous | reply 193 | January 24, 2019 6:33 PM |

I took a raw load in the steam before work this morning. Almost got caught by the pesky, homophobic maintenance guy, who has been doing random spot checks after some guy complained to management about all the fucking/sucking going on in the steam and sauna. I say "almost got caught", since another guy was doing lookout while me and the other guy were going at it. Later as I was changing in the locker room, I caught the eye of another stud. Must be a newbie cuz I've never seen him before. We exchanged numbers and made plans to meet after work. Looks like I'll be taking my second raw load tonight. And it's only Friday! Weekend is off to a nice sloppy start. :) Well, what can I say?!?! My father always wanted me to be popular! LMAO!

by Anonymous | reply 201 | January 25, 2019 2:12 PM |
5 years ago my doctor (in Geneva Switzerland) told me that they know HEP C is sexually transmitted among gay men with no blood, no fisting, just barebacking and across Europe they saw infections in waves, which they couldn't explain. It's not consistent across the months of a year or even year to year. But for 15 years gay men think HEP C is "just for fisters". Also once people have HEP C they keep quiet about it, if they even know they have it. So they spread it. I hope PrEP maintenance oversight includes routine checks for HEP C and also the extremely expensive cure when discovered. So let's review - a PrEP bareback, will be on maintenance PrEP, valacyclovir, and require HEP C cures ever other year or so. That takes care of the viruses. Plus routine bacterial STI treatments.

I was talking with a friend who is a public health administrator. He was remarking that some young men had never worn a condom, because they'd started on Prep in their teens. I was shocked....but then I was filled with joy. Young gay men who are not scared about HIV, don't remember AIDS and they're socially accepted. 2019 is a paradise for men in the sexual prime. I didn't have this ideal situation, but I'm glad I got to witness it.

I do not get with millenials who think they are neg who want it raw or men on PREP or barebacking guys. I use condoms and do not fuck bare. I am a top in my mid 30s and the other day a 19 year old bottom was telling me how he wanted me to fuck him raw. The freaky part besides how he wanted it raw from a total stranger, was how he called me daddy.
by Anonymous | reply 212 | February 26, 2019 9:34 AM |
R212 because bare feels much better that an unnatural rubber sheath being stuck up your butt. I couldn’t maintain an erection while wearing condoms, and certainly couldn’t cum from fucking, but I haven’t used a condom in years, my hard ons are full and strong, and I always cum in a guys ass. Fucking raw has improved my sex life and performance greatly.

Real-world data from a large American chain of retail pharmacies show that only two in five people keep on taking PrEP for two years after starting.
It has been thought that if participants are retained past an initial period on PrEP, then they are more likely to stick with it. The new study does not support that.
Only 29% of people aged 18 to 25 stayed on PrEP throughout the two years. “Younger individuals may be more likely to experience challenges in a number of areas, including cost navigation, fear of disclosure due to use of parental insurance, limited experience with the healthcare system, and financial barriers,” comment the authors.

220 Good point. I've heard that gay millennials are using PREP like they own stock in the companies.

R220. The responsible approach is to have liver and kidney panels done every 3 months, along with STI panels. I do the same function tests with other medication tests.
The organ risk, incidentally, is smaller than it is for Advil.
by Anonymous | reply 222 | March 3, 2019 4:02 AM |
R220, why are you trying to drum up fear? The fact is the drug works and there’s no harm in giving into pleasure.
I don’t want to grow old and realize I didn’t have all the sex I could while I was still young. Once I get old enough I won’t need to take PrEP because no one will want to fuck me anymore. I’m not going to stop now while I still can snag a new load every night.

How anybody could take 20 loads up the ass in a weekend (condom or not) without physical damage is beyond me. Good luck shitting in your diaper by the age of 35 because you destroyed your ability to control your bowels. I guess 35 is considered sooo old that there will no longer be any point in being alive and healthy. Until you get there and realize life is just beginning and your behavior when you were young actually did damage your future.
But, your life is yours. Make your choices and live with the consequences. Sometimes moderation in all things is best if you want to have a future.

He asked him if it's okay to ditch condoms if you're on PReP and he said absolutely not. He said they're made to be used together, not one in place of the other.

5-Year Decline in U.S. HIV Infection Rate Stalled From 2013 to 2016.
"The annual number of new HIV transmissions declined among numerous subgroups during the 2010 to 2016 period, including among white men who have sex with men (MSM) and among heterosexuals. However, troubling increases in the transmission rate among other demographics, including Latino MSM as a whole and Black and Latino MSM between 25 and 34 years old in particular, have apparently offset such promising trends.
HIV incidence decreased by only about 5 percent, from an estimated 41,100 new cases in 2010 to 38,900 cases in 2013. The rate then remained essentially constant for the subsequent three years, such that the nation saw an estimated 38,700 transmissions in 2016.
According to the CDC, the overall plateau in progress seen between 2013 and 2016 is a result of the failure of HIV prevention efforts and treatment services to reach those who most stand to benefit from them. This includes African Americans and Latinos as well those living in the South..

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA R242
I've fucked multiple guys in their 20s this month, and the condoms were never mentioned. They all wanted to cum inside their ass.

Good for you R243...?

R242 have you been on grindr lately?
I am in my mid 30s, a top, and have had men in their 20s on prep (or so they claim it is not like I have seen them actually take the medication) hit me up on grindr and they are all into very dangerous and reckless sex with strangers, and have the mentality that the pill magically protects them against all diseases. Yes it may protect you against certain types or strains HIV most of the time, but I do not want hep c, herpes, warts, or anything else including HIV. So I politely decline their offers to hook up.

What’s fascinating in the CDC data is that while HIV rates have dropped 24% for gay men - they’ve increased 7% for heterosexual men and 16% for heterosexual women. That’s bumped the overall HIV infection rate.

Straight women are sluts and whores...any straight man who is pounding pussy better get on Prep before those coozes give then the AIDS

R246 are you certain the increase in percentage of heterosexual women are not being skewed by trannies?

R246 do you happen to know how many were infected by IV drug use? I have two friends, one bisexual and the other gay and they both were into IV drugs and polydrug addicts before they got sober. They both have told me how when you inject drugs you only care about the heroin/opiate, meth, or coke you are injecting, staying and getting high, and when faced with having to go to a safe injection site, buy new needles or exchange old needles for new ones, the majority of IV drug addicts will share needles as they do not care about their health or other people's, and the addiction comes first before everything else in their life.

Barebacking is something that as a top I have never done.
by Anonymous | reply 250 | November 20, 2019 9:03 AM |
If other people want to bareback as top or bottom, or versatile flip fucking that's their choice, just as much as I choose not to.

I swear that same light grey coloured sectional couch is used in all these porn shots. It's just carted around from location to location. Billions and billions of dried sperm babies in that fabric. A dry cleaner's wet dream...

Prep does nothing to limit transmission of STIs. Drug-resistant STIs.
Resistance of these STIs to the effect of antibiotics has increased rapidly in recent years and has reduced treatment options. Of the 3 STIs, gonorrhoea has developed the strongest resistance to antibiotics. [bold]Strains of multidrug-resistant gonorrhea that do not respond to any available antibiotics have already been detected.[/bold] Antibiotic resistance in chlamydia and syphilis, though less common, also exists, making prevention and prompt treatment critical.

Shhh R255 the clueless idiots who bareback and think PREP will protect them will call you a sex negative boomer.

Do millennial men also swallow?
by Anonymous | reply 257 | December 6, 2019 4:17 PM |
R255 Right. I'll be devastated.

A lot of Gen Zers or Millenials who were born in the 1990s do it bare/raw, and think that Truvada is some magic pill. I am a gen X'er and I remember how many bisexual and gay men died from HIV/AIDS, the fear bi and gay men had about getting infected, and how gay friends slipped up and had unsafe sex with men who were HIV+ or living with AIDS who had infected others or who told them after they'd had unsafe sex multiple times "oh by the way I am HIV+...". Unfortunately a lot of Millenial/Gen Z guys have no clue about any of this and have the dangerous attitude of, "HIV/AIDS won't happen to me! I can keep having unsafe sex like I am used to and I will be fine and not get HIV or any other diseases and if I do get infected which will not happen, there's meds for that..." Of course there are older men who survived the HIV/AIDS pandemic and who are on Truvada who also have this attitude.

Yes indeed, we too use "cookies." Take a look at our privacy/terms or if you just want to see the damn site without all this bureaucratic nonsense, click ACCEPT. Otherwise, you'll just have to find some other site for your pointless bitchery needs.
