What do you think of [bold]Chuck Schumer[/bold], from New York, as leader of the Democrats in the United States Senate?
I used to work for him so my opinion is colored by that. He's an ass.

Disappointing

Just like OP!
by Anonymous | reply 3 | December 13, 2018 8:02 AM |
He's kind of a pussy. "Here, Mitch. Let me bend over so you can really get it in."
by Anonymous | reply 4 | December 13, 2018 8:04 AM |
It's a thankless job. He's okay. What would his detractors have him do that he hasn't done? He held his own with tramp yesterday.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | December 13, 2018 8:04 AM |
The Champion of Wall Street
by Anonymous | reply 6 | December 13, 2018 8:07 AM |
Ageing badly
by Anonymous | reply 7 | December 13, 2018 8:11 AM |
Chronic complainer, chronic obstructionist, no ideas to get things done. Doesn't participate in getting his hands dirty but complains about everything.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | December 13, 2018 8:16 AM |
His farts smell like corned beef.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | December 13, 2018 8:20 AM |
R9, that's just his job. You're literally bitching about him doing his job.
As a consumer advocate in New York, he was great. Right now? He didn't have any trouble setting up trumptard and reeling him in for the kill in that meeting with Nancy and the corpse of Pinga Pence.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | December 13, 2018 8:43 AM |
his cum taste like Pelosi pussyjuice
by Anonymous | reply 12 | December 13, 2018 8:48 AM |
Israel firster.

r8, that's Bill de Blasio.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | December 13, 2018 8:52 AM |
r8 I would never have known that was him
by Anonymous | reply 18 | December 13, 2018 9:11 AM |
Because it ain't, r18.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | December 13, 2018 9:13 AM |
The Young DeBlasio page took me to this pic of young Justin Trudeau. Obviously Tim O'Tay will portray him in his biopic. Or else Jennifer Connelly.

Bad hair transplant victim. Giant bullshitter.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | December 13, 2018 12:07 PM |
You people are unbelievable. He is an amazing, progressive senator and NY is very lucky to have him. Hope he stays around a few more terms!
by Anonymous | reply 22 | December 13, 2018 12:58 PM |
He's sold out to corporate donors. So he's perfect for the job.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | December 13, 2018 1:35 PM |
I'm a lifelong NYer, and don't feel strongly about him one way or another. I can't think of anything significant he accomplished that another Democrat couldn't have also gotten done. He came out strong on gun control after Newtown but kind of fizzled.
He is a master at getting media attention. I refer to it as "Schumer Sundays" -- he'll speak to the local media when nothing else is really happening and they all cover it because they need filler for the Sunday news broadcasts.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | December 13, 2018 1:38 PM |
Schumer caves every single time. His #1 issue is Israel. He's a pos. How the hell did he end up as leader? Pelosi gets shit done. Schumer must suck a mean cock.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | December 13, 2018 2:30 PM |
Pelosi is a much stronger leader than Schumer--she isn't some faux-progressive. She actually knows how to get shit done in the House. If Schumer ever becomes Majority Leader in the Senate, I don't see him being as effective as Harry Reid.
His the pure personification of a Corporate Dem. Always caving to the Republicans, never holding Wall Street accountable, bends over backwards to prove that he's willing to "reach-across-the-aisle" when the Republicans have ZERO interest in doing the same. He's worthless.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | December 13, 2018 2:37 PM |
Always caving to the Republicans
Always caving to the Republicans
Always caving to the Republicans
Always caving to the Republicans
Always caving to the Republicans

Always caving to the Republicans
Always caving to the Republicans
Always caving to the Republicans
Always caving to the Republicans

Examples please. His hands are tied with this fucking two-party system. What other country even has it.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | December 13, 2018 3:42 PM |
Schumer, like Ed Koch, pings to high heaven.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | December 13, 2018 3:48 PM |
He's often displays pretty terrible judgement (i.e. pushing for Al Franken's resignation), and no charisma IMO. I think there are better options for Leader.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | December 13, 2018 3:51 PM |
And he wants to cover little Palestinian children with napalm. And this is liberal America! Anybody who wants to balme America's fascist Middle East policy on Trump should take a look at Schumer.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | December 13, 2018 4:03 PM |
R29, well at least he has that in his favour.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | December 13, 2018 4:05 PM |
isn't he related to Amy Schumer? What has she said about him?
by Anonymous | reply 33 | December 13, 2018 4:11 PM |
He decimated the airline industry by foisting unrealistic pilot training requirements via the FAA causing a severe shortage of pilots since the crash in Buffalo in 2009 .
by Anonymous | reply 34 | December 13, 2018 4:17 PM |
He's Amy's dad's first cousin.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | December 13, 2018 4:29 PM |
A conservative-centerist, pro-Israel dinosaur who should get out of the way and let some real democrats run the place for a change.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | December 13, 2018 4:31 PM |
He's no Harry Reid.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | December 13, 2018 5:02 PM |
Weak, pompous, utterly and unabashedly bought and paid for. Chuck Schumer is a rancid piece of shit.
by Anonymous | reply 38 | December 13, 2018 5:13 PM |

by Anonymous | reply 41 | December 13, 2018 8:12 PM |

We've been expecting you.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | December 13, 2018 9:54 PM |
POS like most of the long term democrats in power, as beholden to big corps and the 1% as any republican/ they better give it up as there are finally a new wave of up and coming dems on the horizon and lets hope we can get some real chg in the USA before it completely falls apart
by Anonymous | reply 44 | December 14, 2018 1:16 AM |
Asshole with those stupid granny glasses.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | December 14, 2018 1:19 AM |
Corpate Dem of a bygone era. Looking at him is like watching the political equivalent of a Friends rerun episode. He should have resigned years ago.
by Anonymous | reply 46 | December 14, 2018 1:31 AM |
Schumer's okay, he's a boringly normal centrist. Good backroom player, good deal maker, not terribly inspiring as a public speaker but as Minority Leader he's fine. Who wants to deal with Yertle McConnell from an almost completely powerless position?
Bernie Bros, the usual trolls and right wing assholes target him but no one else is worked up over it. The action's even less about Chuck now, Democratic power is focused on Speaker Pelosi and the House committees. He's Nancy's wingman.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | December 14, 2018 1:43 AM |
He's great for New York, which by definition, means he's bad for the middle of the country.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | December 14, 2018 2:03 AM |
[quote] He is an amazing, progressive senator and NY is very lucky to have him.
No one in the senate fought for the bank bailout and for looser bank regulation than he did.
He's totally bought and sold by the 1%.
(Strangely, Susan Collins was the champion of "main street" on fin issues.)
by Anonymous | reply 49 | December 14, 2018 2:14 AM |
Doesn't have a spine and mostly useless. Uses his institutional knowledge to play it safe rather than actually get it done.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | December 14, 2018 2:19 AM |
I can't stand this asshole. He embodies the worst of the democratic party. I want him to disappear so a new generation can represent us.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | December 14, 2018 3:29 AM |
Totally corrupted by Wall St. Worthless "leader." Sent Trump's judicial nominees without a fight. Clair McCaskill said she liked Schumer because he didn't tell any of the senators how to vote and didn't hold them accountable. Schumer's job is to lead this group and he's failed miserably. Reid was a much better leader.
by Anonymous | reply 52 | December 14, 2018 4:12 AM |
Chuck pissed off Trump and the Trumpanzees by getting Trump to own the shutdown. Now they're out bitching and moaning about him. Add an idiot berniebro and it's a whine and sleaze party.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | December 14, 2018 4:18 AM |
He has a circumcised penis.
by Anonymous | reply 54 | December 14, 2018 4:22 AM |
Schumer is irrelevant. Are you people fucking braindead?
by Anonymous | reply 56 | December 14, 2018 4:40 AM |
What R9 said.
by Anonymous | reply 57 | December 14, 2018 4:42 AM |
R53, he’ll cave to Trump in the end.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | December 14, 2018 4:43 AM |
r56 you're fucking braindead. It's always good to have a strong leader even if there isn't enough members to put Trump into check.
by Anonymous | reply 59 | December 14, 2018 6:59 AM |
I find it so fascinating how hateful people can be. So much hate on here, from a class of people who have been discriminated against their entire lives... It's no wonder the country is in the place it is in now with hate and violence becoming normalized. Stop with the hateful comments... it's so unproductive.
by Anonymous | reply 60 | December 14, 2018 1:22 PM |
