I have been wondering what Ryan McDonnell has been doing now that his phone messages and jail visits are playing on RadarOnline, and elsewhere. It is clear now that he and Hernandez were having an on and off relationship in their " super close" world. No one takes their male friend to a Central American country, alone, for a week. But what is he telling his wife? What is he telling his family? Is he jealous to know he wasn't Aaron's only fuck buddy?
Why didn’t the attorney ask “define super close”? He paused and then asked another question. I think he wanted to but chose not to.

The attorney: Boyfriends?
The other attorney: Objection.

Seems like Aaron could do better. But then, the selection in jail is fairly limited.

Looks aren’t everything, R4.

Ryan had been through a lot by this point: two murder trials, plus the discovery that Aaron had tried to kill another man with whom he’d had a “close” relationship. And there was more to come. I really can’t imagine what Ryan thinks now.

I think Ryan's hole is still in mourning.

R2- Attorney: Intimately?
Attorney: Objection
Judge: Overruled- for now.
Ryan opened the door by saying " super close". He can now say "no" or label their friendship, i.e. " brothers". Attorney is trying either show Ryan is so close he must be lying about what he knows or he is lying about their friendship. Either way is a credibility issue for the jury.
