I've heard she's very nice and she's a decent enough actress.

She seems really nice. I remember when she did New Moon, there was gossip that the cast hated her because she'd replaced the previous actress.

Her role in The Help was really good IMO. There were plenty of standout performances in that film, yet her character is the one that I remember the most vividly. Her work in other movies and TV were not on the same level at all.
