Escape At Dannemora - Showtime miniseries

I have it on my DVR, anybody watch? I have always had a little crush on Benicio.

by Anonymousreply 128April 7, 2020 4:04 AM

Just started watching and one of the first questions is "Did you have sex with these two men?"

by Anonymousreply 1November 20, 2018 6:20 AM

Patty Arquette looks RUFF

by Anonymousreply 2November 20, 2018 6:21 AM

Next scene Dano (bare ass shot) is doing her from behind.

by Anonymousreply 3November 20, 2018 6:28 AM

[quote]Patty Arquette looks RUFF

Google the actual woman, Joyce Tilly Mitchell, she was a mess! The entire story is so unappealing. Why make a series about this incident?

Here's a photo collage of the real people involved, all were incredibly unattractive.

I saw the Lifetime movie. Funny that the guard from The Green Mile is also a guard in this.

by Anonymousreply 5November 20, 2018 6:49 AM

"Whose my little boy... say it!" … "Mommy"... damn they went there

by Anonymousreply 6November 20, 2018 7:12 AM

AV Club liked it

by Anonymousreply 7November 20, 2018 8:47 AM

I’m liking Patty Arquette, Paul Dano, and Bonnie Hunt. Benecio and David Morse are boring me to death.

by Anonymousreply 8November 20, 2018 11:22 PM

I didn't even realize how much I missed Bonnie Hunt. Love her!

by Anonymousreply 9November 21, 2018 12:40 AM

The Bonnie Hunt character is playing it right with Tilly, treating her like she was the only one there with some sense to get her to talk.

by Anonymousreply 10November 21, 2018 6:00 AM

Anybody else watching? This is making me less sympathetic to the woman, she seems like a real bitch.

by Anonymousreply 11November 27, 2018 5:36 AM

I thought they would make her more sympathetic too, but she just seems greedy wanting to have control over her husband and have flings at the prison

by Anonymousreply 12November 27, 2018 11:22 AM

Patricia Arquette deserves all the rewards for this role

by Anonymousreply 13December 10, 2018 9:22 AM

I tried watching the first installment but the sleaze factor is so high with this story that I turned it off half-way through. I agree that Dano and Arquette are deserving of all the praise and are actually compelling to watch but Del Toro is so creepy and yet so boring, almost cartoonish, that I just can't watch him. One observation: is it me or is there some sexual tension between the characters that Morse and Del Toro play?

by Anonymousreply 14December 10, 2018 9:48 AM

The casting of her husband is spot on, I saw an interview with Lyle (the husband) and the actor that plays him looks and sounds just like him

by Anonymousreply 15December 10, 2018 9:50 AM

"One observation: is it me or is there some sexual tension between the characters that Morse and Del Toro play?"

I really don't see the Morse character as anything more than square/straight. Whereas the Del Toro character is manipulative and is willing to use his sexuality in any way to get what he needs. But he knows not play Morse that way because he would alienate him if nothing else.

No point in pissing off a guard who you're using for favors.

by Anonymousreply 16December 10, 2018 9:56 AM

Liking the series but agree Benicio is the weakest link.

by Anonymousreply 17December 10, 2018 9:58 AM

Benicio normally sounds like he has two bags of marbles in his mouth, but his role in this is absolute torture! He also looks so old.

Patricia is excellent, though, the entire storyline is skeevy. I remember when this happened. I was so tired hearing about it every other day.

by Anonymousreply 18December 10, 2018 10:11 AM

I'm loving this series.

Arquette & the guy who plays her husband were fantastic this past week.

by Anonymousreply 19December 15, 2018 8:06 PM

How many more episodes ? I’m a big PA gram but I’m having a problem with her Seems to me her performance is all about some make up artist winning an Emmy. I know she is made up to look like the real life character but did they have to ? They went to far in making her ugly and she looks 70 not 50 I don’t want to spend 7 hours loooking at that face.

by Anonymousreply 20December 16, 2018 11:22 AM

I want to see this desperately but I don't have SHO. We followed the entire saga her at the DL when it was actually happening, and it was fascinating. If anyone knows where it may pop up for free online, please post. Thank you.

by Anonymousreply 21December 16, 2018 1:37 PM

I followed this when it happened but seeing it play out is mind blowing.

The actor playing her husband is stellar.

Ben Stiller's direction is excellent. He needs to never do anymore acting & concentrate on direction.

by Anonymousreply 22December 16, 2018 1:42 PM

Why on earth does this upstate New York couple have a Minne-soe-dah accent?

by Anonymousreply 23December 16, 2018 2:32 PM

I just started binge-watching it this morning. Its entertaining, but I dont see what everyone is raving about.

by Anonymousreply 24December 16, 2018 2:42 PM

Patricia IS the ShawSkank!

Offsite Link
by Anonymousreply 26December 16, 2018 4:06 PM

I just watched tonight's episode & Arquette continues to slay.

Stiller can really build the tension to a fever pitch. I don't know who's playing her husband but he's very good too.

I have 2 questions. Could anyone make out what del Toro's note said? The one he left as they were escaping? I also can not put my finger on the relationship between del Toro and Morse's characters. I got a big vibe today that Morse has some latent affection for him. I wonder if the note was left for him.

by Anonymousreply 27December 16, 2018 5:03 PM

R21, I'm watching it on couchtuner.cloud. www5.putlockers.la and tv1.fanstash.net have it too, but they take their time uploading new episodes.

by Anonymousreply 28December 16, 2018 7:00 PM

Paul Dano got better looking. Also in episode one there is a shot of him in long johns and he has a fabulous big bubble butt.

by Anonymousreply 29December 17, 2018 1:08 AM

I have Showtime via Amazon Prime. When do they get new episodes ?

by Anonymousreply 30December 17, 2018 1:53 AM

In the news reports they stressed one of those guys having a huge cock. Which character is it in the series?

by Anonymousreply 31December 17, 2018 1:56 AM

R30 Thanks, I will try the free preview.

by Anonymousreply 32December 17, 2018 2:16 AM

Arquette's and the husband character speak as if they are mentally slow. Seriously, were both of these people mentally deficient?

As a native New Yorker, why do upstate New Yorkers seem to speak like the Pepperidge Farm man? Where is that odd sounding accent coming from???

by Anonymousreply 36December 17, 2018 2:46 AM

Who dies ? I read one of the escapees gets killed. Which one ? The younger cuter one ? Don’t tell me!

David Morse has not aged well. He looks too old to play a violent prison guard.

by Anonymousreply 37December 17, 2018 7:11 AM

I only knew the actor playing Lyle (Tilly's husband) from that show Victorious, this is quite a departure and he is doing a great job.

by Anonymousreply 38December 17, 2018 10:02 AM

R33 they sound like they are from St. Olaf. I agree, I can't believe what a pair of dumbshits they are. And what a free for all that prison is. What a joke!!

by Anonymousreply 39December 17, 2018 10:06 AM

r39 that prison is a free for all is right, watching this show is the only time I thought working in a prison might be kind of fun.

by Anonymousreply 40December 17, 2018 10:11 AM

Do you think the real Tully & Lyke are like, "Gee could you make us look ANY stupider?" Or are they that daft that they are like "Golky Gee we are STARS!!!"

by Anonymousreply 41December 17, 2018 1:36 PM

Plattsburgh.

"Fancy."

What was going on during that Aphex Twin moment with the playboy and the whory women and the Cadillac? Were we supposed to know him?

by Anonymousreply 42December 17, 2018 2:05 PM

I thought she was daydreaming about being young & pretty and having men go Gaga over her.

This movie is crazy. I sat down to watch it yesterday, lazy Sunday morning, cup of coffee, blah de blah, and then OMG WTF IS THIS BOINKFEST ALREADY. lol I started looking around the room sheepishly 😳

by Anonymousreply 43December 17, 2018 2:34 PM

This movie is nothing but a disgusting manhunt!

by Anonymousreply 44December 17, 2018 3:44 PM

[quote][R21], I'm watching it on couchtuner.cloud. www5.putlockers.la and tv1.fanstash.net have it too, but they take their time uploading new episodes.

by Anonymousreply 45December 17, 2018 3:54 PM

PA is a great actress but does she have to be completely unlikeable ? I don’t want to spend 5 minutes with this woman much less 7 hours.

by Anonymousreply 46December 18, 2018 12:33 PM

R48

You do realize they are playing real people.

If the people are unlikable it would make no sense to portray them all warm & fuzzy.

For me I don't see Tilly as 100% unlikable. I see her as a very sad woman stuck in a stifling marriage & an awful job while living in a dead end town.

by Anonymousreply 47December 18, 2018 12:38 PM

Just finished tonight's episode early. Holy Fuck! Mind blown!

by Anonymousreply 48December 23, 2018 7:11 PM

Please dish. My subscription ran out

by Anonymousreply 49December 23, 2018 9:57 PM

no don't dish :(. no spoilers! Though if followed the story in the papers at the time. I bet the escape gets quite grueling, like the real story. Those guys were hard core.

by Anonymousreply 50December 24, 2018 1:43 AM

Those dudes were pure trash.

How much more time did those two pieces of shit get after they were arrested again? I forgot the story. Hope they rot in jail, the death penalty is too good for them.

by Anonymousreply 51December 24, 2018 2:19 AM

Watching it right now. I think I'm going to vomit.

by Anonymousreply 52December 24, 2018 2:32 AM

I don't understand, I have to rewatch it. I had TV on but was doing things around the apt. In episode 5, they escaped...then what is this episode? I don't know these people. why was she working the shoe machine? I thought she was a supervisor or something?

by Anonymousreply 53December 24, 2018 4:43 AM

You couldn't figure out it was flashback episode?

by Anonymousreply 54December 24, 2018 4:46 AM

I discovered it because it was on the Daily Beast 20 best shows of 2018 list. Then Showtime conveniently sent me a free month, so I was like okay then. I think that maybe episode 5 is my next one. Patricia is fucking awesome in this. For me, I appreciate that they gave us better looking people in the series.

I pay for Amazon and Netflix all the time, but if things get tight sometimes, I go for the bootleg websites. I believe the one that I am using right now is watchseriesHD. It's great. You just have to be careful when you use the sites because of malware, but I just follow some simple rules and I haven't had one problem. The site tries all the time to open a second browser window when I go to put something in the search box, and it does it every time I start a show. Don't ever allow it to open that second tab. Close it immediately, do the search thing again or hit start on your show, and it will behave. Also some times when I start on a show it will bring up this dialogue box wanting me to hit "allow" or "deny", always hit deny. Within the past couple of weeks I've tried some movies on there, I watched A Simple Favour and Love Simon, it worked perfectly.

by Anonymousreply 55December 24, 2018 7:00 AM

I use bootleg websites sometimes. I use it to watch berlin station. I have anti virus.

by Anonymousreply 56December 24, 2018 7:24 AM

I loved this episode letting us see how these 3 people got to where they were

del Toro's character was beyond sadistic.

The most eye-opening to me is that Tillie wasn't just some misbegotten lamb lead astray. Her backstory showed she could be duplicitous beyond measure.

Arquette is a revelation.

by Anonymousreply 57December 24, 2018 8:05 AM

No way did the director of Zoolander do this. He must have had some serious help.

by Anonymousreply 58December 24, 2018 9:14 AM

Arquette is indeed great in this, though I'm loath to call an Oscar-winning and Emmy-winning actress a "revelation." I think Stiller's directorial talents are more of a surprise -- he's shown he can handle goofy comedy, but his Secret Life of Walter Mitty was such a misfire that I thought drama was beyond him. Dannemora prove that's not true, big time.

by Anonymousreply 59December 24, 2018 11:11 AM

This episode made me see Lyle differently. I thought maybe he had actually convinced himself that Tilly didn't fool around with Matt and Sweat. But now that we see he was doing the same thing with her when she was married, he knows she is capable of it and must know she did it.

by Anonymousreply 60December 24, 2018 11:34 AM

I’m the one who complained about PA being so hard on the eyes but now I find myself liking her. Her husband was violent so she made sure he didn’t get custody. When she saw the items on the list she realized the prisoners were going to commit murder. PA will be very hard to beat Emmy time..

The only problem I had with this episode is the younger prisoner shoots the cop then he runs him over THEN he shows remorse was a little hard to believe....

by Anonymousreply 61December 24, 2018 11:53 AM

r61 I'm not sure the husband was violent. I think she just set him up to get custody even though she was a shitty parent.

by Anonymousreply 62December 24, 2018 11:54 AM

I liked it showing the poor cop going through his shift and the dread of what might happen growing. When it does happen it’s just so awful to see the violence in detail. Same with Benicio’s victim.

It’s like a gut punch to see what these characters we thought we kinda knew were capable of, including Arquett.

by Anonymousreply 63December 24, 2018 12:12 PM

R62

I agree. Her ex husband wasn't violent. Last night showed us how duplicitous she was. She set the plan in motion for him ex to sign over custody.

PA's face during that final close up was masterful in all the things she portrayed.

by Anonymousreply 64December 24, 2018 2:34 PM

yes, poor cop I think he was from True Blood.

by Anonymousreply 65December 24, 2018 3:44 PM

They didn't even go over ALL of Matt's crimes.

Was Tilley really that much of a scumbag or did they just amp it up for the movie?

by Anonymousreply 66December 26, 2018 1:59 PM

R63 I just finished the last episode. I'm kind of speechless. They made us think that they actually had redeeming qualities, only to rub it in our face in the end that they really don't, and the three of them are awful pieces of shit. And, please, help me understand, why the fuck would anyone leave their partner for Lyle?

by Anonymousreply 67December 28, 2018 2:39 AM

Tilly thought she was outsmarting her first husband but Lyle was a step down. She was a real ho, rutting like a pig out in the bushes close to work.

by Anonymousreply 68December 28, 2018 5:25 AM

Yeah, she truly is just a dirty whore.

by Anonymousreply 69December 28, 2018 5:34 AM

I’m watching last episode right now. Hope it ends and no cliffhanger. I will miss watching that miserable bitch every Sunday. Bonnie Hunt returns today and she is also great. Not welcome is Michael ImperIoli who I suspect til the end of the time Sopranos will be the only thing he is good in...

by Anonymousreply 70December 30, 2018 6:53 AM

R70 Are there more than six episodes?

by Anonymousreply 71December 30, 2018 6:57 AM

Tonight is the last episode. I will miss that slut Tilly, I have to admit she fascinates me

by Anonymousreply 72December 30, 2018 7:03 AM

I’m so obsessed with this show. Ep 5 gave me whiplash — and nausea. I almost don’t want it to end.

by Anonymousreply 73December 30, 2018 7:06 AM

Awesome. I thought when I didn't see a next episode the other evening that it was over, but I guess that I had just caught up with the airings.

by Anonymousreply 74December 30, 2018 7:07 AM

The final episode is 2 hours.

by Anonymousreply 75December 30, 2018 7:08 AM

Dude I’m watching it now. Younger escapee is cleaning Benicia’s shit on his birthday. I always had the hots for Benicio after this show not so much.

by Anonymousreply 76December 30, 2018 7:15 AM

Hot Damn. I know what I'll be doing. Thanks!

by Anonymousreply 77December 30, 2018 7:15 AM

It is taking its time. I think there will be another season. To quote a Florida Evans.....

((((() DAMN !! ))))))

by Anonymousreply 78December 30, 2018 7:21 AM

Episode is a hour and 40 minutes. Who would ever think Ben Stiller would direct something great.

by Anonymousreply 79December 30, 2018 7:24 AM

Hard to believe zpaul Dano is 34 seems it was just yesterday he played a little boy in that pedo movie.

by Anonymousreply 80December 30, 2018 7:30 AM

Benicio’s character is making all kind of mistakes. Bet he is not the one who gets killed. Don’t tell me. Don’t tell me.

by Anonymousreply 81December 30, 2018 7:32 AM

Hey I watched a movie that I shouldn't have tonight, so I will do you a favor and tell you which one, "Lean on Pete". Only watch it if you want something to slit your wrists by. It was so fucking bleak. Don't do it.

by Anonymousreply 82December 30, 2018 7:40 AM

It stars twinkle Plummer and Travis Fimmel and I thought the trailer looked good. Why is it so bad.

by Anonymousreply 83December 30, 2018 7:53 AM

And the director has something to do with Looking and also did 45 Years and Weekend.

by Anonymousreply 84December 30, 2018 7:56 AM

i was thinking this was a weak episode but I loved the ending. My only complaint is the prison guard talking to Tillie was too good looking...

We have a new DL Fave Tillie the miserable bitch/common as dirt slut . I worry about the chicken . Will someone tell me what happened to the roasted chicken?

We will have to wait nine months or so to see Patricia win the Emmy...

by Anonymousreply 85December 30, 2018 2:10 PM

How can there be another season since this was a real event and tonight is the end of the story. They interviewed Tilly in prison and she says Stiller made it all up and is a liar. She's hardcore.

by Anonymousreply 86December 30, 2018 2:22 PM

Did it seem to me like del Toro's character to go out via suicide by cop?

He purposely lead them to find him & then laid in wait for them to kill him.

by Anonymousreply 87December 30, 2018 5:27 PM

R83 Yeah, the trailer looks great, that's what I fell for. But then in the movie, nothing but tragic shit happens throughout the whole thing. If I simply would have read one of the negative critical reviews, they would have told me that, and I never would have wasted my time.

by Anonymousreply 88December 30, 2018 7:00 PM

Don't get the Benny hate. Did he say something homophobic once? Hate the music and could have been trimmed to 5 hours. I don't need to see Paul Dano on his bed for two minutes listening to music. Editing is our friend Mr. Stiller.

by Anonymousreply 89December 31, 2018 12:50 AM

Agreed R89. Though it was enjoyable, the tunnel scenes were endless, and should have been cut way down. Also couldn’t stand most of the music.

by Anonymousreply 90December 31, 2018 4:00 AM

I will admit I was rooting for Sweat at the end. Tilly that horn dog probably is still "partying" with guards.

by Anonymousreply 91December 31, 2018 6:38 AM

r84 45 Years is another depressing movie

by Anonymousreply 92December 31, 2018 6:40 AM

Okay, thank you! I don't need another depressing movie.

by Anonymousreply 93December 31, 2018 7:25 AM

Everyone seems to lost interest. When the series was over hardly no one was talking about it.

by Anonymousreply 94December 31, 2018 2:39 PM

I loved seeing Bonnie Hunt again. I missed her.

by Anonymousreply 95December 31, 2018 5:00 PM

Everybody is fucking ugly in this. But still I watched it. It was OK. Patricia was good.

by Anonymousreply 96December 31, 2018 5:02 PM

[quote]Everybody is fucking ugly in this. But still I watched it. It was OK. Patricia was good.

I agree, everyone was psychically repulsive, but light years better than the repulsive uninteresting trolls on HBO's crap series Sally4Ever. Sally4Ever should win as the worst cable series of 2018. What utter dreck.

Patricia was actually excellent. If she's not nominated for an EMMY, I'd be shocked.

I was shocked the older inmate who was killed was quite a talented artist. You have to wonder how he couldn't have a normal life with that sort of talent. Of course, he was a psychopath and a sociopath, but he actually had a marketable skill which he could have used to make a living.

by Anonymousreply 97December 31, 2018 5:10 PM

...PHYSICALLY repulsive, damn auto correct!

by Anonymousreply 98December 31, 2018 5:13 PM

Hey, these actors were a vast improvement over the real characters, so I'm thankful. I thought the series was really well done, I enjoyed it. I think that Patricia will definitely be nominated.

by Anonymousreply 99December 31, 2018 8:30 PM

Just finished it today. I agree with those who thought it could've been whittled down by a few hours, but it held my interest, and I liked the performances. I wasn't too keen on Matt's real life art work being shown at the end as if we are supposed to celebrate him.

by Anonymousreply 100December 31, 2018 10:09 PM

Maybe Stiller went too long with prison and tunnel footage so the viewer would feel a bit of the boring sameness of incarceration.

On the whole it was a good series with a couple of outstanding moments.

Arquette was pretty amazing as Tilly. Benicio redeemed his performance a bit in the last episode.

by Anonymousreply 101January 1, 2019 10:44 AM

Benicia seems to be the type who doesn’t care about appearance although it looks like he dyes his hair. That’s okay when you are young not so much when you get older.

by Anonymousreply 102January 1, 2019 10:51 AM

Benecio's shoe polish on his hair and eyebrows was a bit distracting.

by Anonymousreply 103January 1, 2019 1:02 PM

I remember the gossip about Benecio going to NYC sex clubs.

Can't believe he has a kid with one of Rod Stewart's daughters. Think was a brief fling, then she got knocked up. They weren't even dating.

The Jim Parrack cop scene was intense and actually shocking. It was a great twist, I thought he was going to pass the guys walking on the side of the road.

by Anonymousreply 106January 1, 2019 3:16 PM

What do you mean the Jim Parack cop scene ?

by Anonymousreply 107January 1, 2019 4:23 PM

Never mind. I know what you mean. The flashback with the cop getting then run over than shot again. I didn’t like how it showed the younger prisoner having remorse after the terrible things he did in order to make the character sympathetic when he probably wasn’t.

by Anonymousreply 108January 1, 2019 4:27 PM

Eric Lange as Lyle must have been difficult to play. Fantastic performance. Tilly also.

I can't believe Ben Stiller showed his face to the real Tilly and painted such as TRASHY TRASHY character. Telling her son his father didn't want to be his father anymore was about the pits.

This series gets a B from me.

Such grim characters, I couldn't really enjoy it but It thought it was well done and very atmospheric.

by Anonymousreply 109January 1, 2019 9:12 PM

Guess they don't take showers at that prison.

by Anonymousreply 110January 2, 2019 1:44 AM

Patricia won best actress Golden Globe.

by Anonymousreply 111January 7, 2019 7:14 AM

Well deserved win, she made a terrible person interesting

by Anonymousreply 112January 7, 2019 7:31 AM

Very true, she really did.

by Anonymousreply 113January 8, 2019 7:18 AM

Paul Dano’s ass was surprisingly bubbly.

by Anonymousreply 114January 8, 2019 7:27 AM

In the longjohns. noticed.

by Anonymousreply 115January 8, 2019 8:15 AM

Arquette was so fucking good. I've always liked her, but never actually considered her more than competent. She blew me away.

by Anonymousreply 116January 26, 2019 8:33 PM

I miss watching that miserable slut every Sunday.

by Anonymousreply 117January 26, 2019 8:52 PM

She should easily beat Amy Adams but I don’t know about Patricia. Clarkson. They like to dive awards to southern belles and she was great also.

by Anonymousreply 118January 26, 2019 8:55 PM

The last two episodes were compelling. The first five, not as much. It should have been four episodes or one movie.

by Anonymousreply 119January 26, 2019 8:59 PM

[quote]I miss watching that miserable slut every Sunday.

Me too. Tilly was the highlight of the show for me and I got a kick out of her dimbulb husband

by Anonymousreply 120January 26, 2019 9:51 PM

I loved the limited series. Perfectly cast and excellent performances across the board. Paul Dano’s performance was understated and multidimensional. I want to learn more about the inmate he portrayed.

by Anonymousreply 121January 27, 2019 7:05 PM

The coronavirus finally enabled me to watch this show during quarantine.

It’s excellent, an amazing, true story and I can’t believe Ben Stiller directed it.

Yes, THAT Ben Stiller. He’s only done comedy and some action before.

But this was incredibly well-made, well-performed drama and heavy. Arquette’s character and husband were mildly mentally challenged and it felt true.

Ten thumbs up! 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

R46 doesn’t get the trainwreck appeal.

Sorry to break it to you, but the world isn’t all sugar and spice.

Tilly wasn’t just “a very sad woman stuck in a stifling marriage & an awful job while living in a dead end town.“

She was a pig. She only used men for money. She was never satisfied with the men she was with— she always complained and always wanted more. She got mean after being with one for a while and always looked for another way out. She would cheat with the first guy who came along whom she thought she could do better with. No loyalty. She tried to erase her child’s father from Kenny Jr.’s life.

She was obviously mentally imbecilic in a handicapped way. That’s why she was so selfish and disloyal.

[quote]Her husband was violent so she made sure he didn’t get custody.

The violence charge was exaggerated. There was no abusive tipping point — she just used some old memory as an excuse to sue for sole custody of the kid and eradicate the father from their life.

She was manipulative and some viewers on this thread fell for it.

They made the prison guard good looking so you and Tilly would have to think twice about his offer to “party” with Tilly and corrupt her once again, R85.

We have some Tilly-like IQs weighing in on the thread.

The only question is, was the guard’s offer sincere? Something he’d follow through with for fun?

Or was he setting Tilly up for another “gotcha” so prosecutors could use it against her in court?

Yes, r87.

I didn’t feel we were supposed to “celebrate” Matt for his talent at all, r100.

I think we were supposed to think, “what a waste of talent,” like any tragedy.

And BTW, Matt’s drawings were good, but not great. They wouldn’t be competitive in the marketplace. The professional illustrator used for the props in the show is great.

Mary Sunshine at r109 only likes fairy-tale endings and feel-good fantasies.

She can’t handle the truth about the world we live in, which ugly but imperative to tell.

If gradings for you is just grading how good a show makes you feel, then maybe you should stop watching TV shows just for masturbation.

There’s a literary purpose film and TV have to serve sometimes and DANNEMORA gets an “A” for that.
