Gay men have female hips

According to this study, gay men tend to possess "gender incongruent" body types, including an hourglass figure. They also slightly sway their hips when they walk. I personally have this, and take advantage to show off my hips like a catwalk

Sashay away!

by Anonymousreply 1November 3, 2018 4:06 AM

So you're telling us you walk around like a freak?

by Anonymousreply 2November 3, 2018 4:06 AM

And what is wrong with that?

by Anonymousreply 3November 3, 2018 4:08 AM

Matt Damon troll?

What does this have to do with Matt Damon?

by Anonymousreply 6November 3, 2018 4:13 AM

Fascinating

This study-designed by a professor of “communications”-is over 11 years old.

Fail.

by Anonymousreply 8November 3, 2018 4:19 AM

Like basically every study on gay men, this doesn't eliminate the self-selection problem, and therefore isn't worth one iota of thought.

Also what R8 said.

by Anonymousreply 9November 3, 2018 4:20 AM

Bitch please. Just because you swing your hips around while you sachay down the street like a bottom in heat, it doesn't mean there is some conclusive evidence that "gay men have female hips". Try harder next time.

by Anonymousreply 10November 3, 2018 4:26 AM

Bullshit.

Straight men tend to be fatter, that's why they're less likely to have hourglass shapes.

by Anonymousreply 11November 3, 2018 4:32 AM

Note the prodigious sample size of... [bold]4[/bold] gay men!

by Anonymousreply 12November 3, 2018 4:37 AM

Sorry, I am not convinced. I have only known one man with noticeably curvy hips,a Moroccan guy, and he was unquestionably straight. He was also a vindictive, hyper emotional, petty and nasty little basket case. I'm almost tempted to put his name here to warn others but I won't do it. I will say that he works in the restaurant industry in the DC area. And his name starts with H. If you were in a small room with him, it was difficult to get past his Kardashian size lower half. Fat hipped, balding little freak.

I suppose you noticed the obvious display of the Austrian flag in the hallway?

The study is actually very in depth and scientific. Too many of you can't take the truth~

Allow me to sway my massive birthing hips. OOOH, I feel sexay!

by Anonymousreply 16November 3, 2018 7:21 AM

People get paid doing this. Really.

by Anonymousreply 17November 3, 2018 7:31 AM

Sorry, I'm built like a zipper - straight up, straight down. Not a trace of hourglass here. But a lot of gay men work out, which would explain bigger thighs, butt, smaller waist, and wider shoulders than the average straight man, so a sort of modified hour-glass figure.

by Anonymousreply 18November 3, 2018 8:04 AM

Glass figure

by Anonymousreply 19November 3, 2018 11:37 AM

Bizarre.

by Anonymousreply 20November 3, 2018 2:49 PM

I love big hips and butts. Miss you Scott!

by Anonymousreply 21November 3, 2018 2:51 PM

by Anonymousreply 23November 3, 2018 10:13 PM

I have wide hips and a big butt but I hate it.

by Anonymousreply 24November 3, 2018 10:15 PM

Pics or it didn’t happen, R24.

by Anonymousreply 25November 4, 2018 12:25 AM

Working out should give you a V taper, not an hourglass shape. The hourglass shape come from having a wide pelvis and female fat distribution on the hips and thighs.

by Anonymousreply 26November 4, 2018 12:29 AM

I have the same problem r26. My hip bone is kind of wide and my thighs angle inwards like a woman’s. Is there any thing you can do about the fat distribution like working out?

by Anonymousreply 27November 4, 2018 12:38 AM

gay guys swing their hips and lesbians stomp like they’re pulling a plow up the back 40? who knew?!?

by Anonymousreply 28November 4, 2018 12:40 AM

R27, surgery.

by Anonymousreply 29November 4, 2018 5:40 PM

Build up your obliques, R27.

by Anonymousreply 30November 4, 2018 5:43 PM

My waist to hip ratio is .77. Is that normal?

by Anonymousreply 31November 8, 2018 1:06 PM
