He is the child of Joyce Maynard, the overachieving lowbrow writer who shacked up with Salinger as a teenager. His whole babyhood and childhood was fodder for her columns. The same goes for his siblings.

The character is really interesting. He's a much deadlier and more physically gifted fighter than Daredevil, but he's so fucked up that he can be crippled by his own anxieties.

I liked how he s a completely different person in the Daredevil suit--merciless, cruel, remorseless, unhesitating. When he was out of the suit, he was very vulnerable.

He was great on Hart of Dixie. He quickly became a fan favourite because of his excellent chemistry with Rachel Bilson. And the fact that he's hot.

The show was cancelled because Disney chose not to renew the agreement, not netflix. Disney is launching it's own streaming service next year that will complete with Netflix. They have been removing all their IP off Netflix these past few months

No, it was 100% Netflix's decision.

With Luke Cage they had already written half the scripts but were arguing over Netflix's desire to cut the show from 13 to 10 episodes. Netflix also didn't like the direction the show was going in.

With Daredevil they had just pitched season four two weeks ago and then found out.

Disney's streaming service will also only feature "family friendly" programming.

If Disney chooses to bring back the shows they'll likely end up on Hulu.

Disney is not forcing Netflix to cancel the shows.

Netflix is the one responsible for their cancellations.

It's likely they don't want to deal with Disney in the future but Disney is not making them do anything.

Both sides have been clear about that.
