GLOW: The Story of The Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling
Have any of you Netflix GLOW fans seen this documentary about the real GLOW? I just finished it (it’s also on Netflix) and I can’t help but wonder if the creators saw this doc and decided to fictionalize it — many of the characters from the Netflix dramedy series are lifted virtually straight from the real show or at least heavily based on them.
After watching the doc I liked and appreciated many of these girls, although let’s admit a lot of them are sort of low-rent. But the fans — who watched this shit? I’m guessing every single one of them would be trump supporters today.
Anyway I think the doc is a must see for GLOW completists. And now I know how the series will finally end (damn you Pia Zadora!).

Wish it was more exciting somehow. Didn't make it too far into the first season.
