"Bearded gay man, 33, 'tricked four straight men into sex after posing as a woman on dating apps including Tinder"

He should right a how to book, DLers would buy it en mass.

"She did come across as muskier than I'm used to, covered in courser hair than I'm used to. She was more solid than I expected and then, that toy she used seemed shockingly realistic but she did say she liked extreme hiking. " - Himbo #1
It was pretty cruel of this guy to exploit such simple men, the kind who would get confused running a bar of soap over their own body in the shower.

^ Oh, dear * 2.
But, you are correct.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | September 28, 2018 2:47 PM |
(That was for R1).

I was totally expecting this was some ugly fat guy doing the catfishing but "Anna" looks kind of hot. I'd do him.

And the Datalounge loses another long-time poster...

Nonconsensual sex is rape.
Straight men getting raped...
by Anonymous | reply 7 | September 28, 2018 4:31 PM |
R7 Of course it's a douchy, sleazy thing to do but you can't essentially use a glory hole or attend a masked orgy and then squeal "rape!" after you find out you don't like who was servicing you on the other side of the wall/mask. He's an opportunistic pig but these guys (they're all consenting adults, right?) are morons.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | September 28, 2018 6:48 PM |
"One man claims he lifted blindfold off and slapped Xavier before phoning police"
by Anonymous | reply 9 | September 28, 2018 7:43 PM |
R8 That's a poor analogy. If you attend a gloryhole or masked orgy you understand the person on the other side could be any number of things...for this guy to purposefully lie and tell them he was something he wasn't is wrong. This guy targeted straight men and knowing he couldn't get them as a man he pretended to be a woman. These men expected a woman. That is terribly wrong.
The guys are also idiots but that's another story.

they sound like brett kavanaughs

This thread shows that biological sex matters, both to individuals and to the law.

Odd, 333 views but only 12 posts.
Hmmm...

[quote]Bearded gay man, 33,
Who cares that he's bearded?
by Anonymous | reply 14 | September 28, 2018 9:24 PM |
I care!
by Anonymous | reply 15 | September 28, 2018 9:24 PM |
Because r14 it lends credence to the theory that they should have known he was a dude, what with his facial hair and all. Unless he was one of those passive agressive trannies who go out unshaven and in dresses.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | September 28, 2018 9:25 PM |
Plus, beard guys are hot, like, no homo, yo, but just sayin
by Anonymous | reply 17 | September 28, 2018 9:27 PM |
This is similar to the case in the UK where a woman pretended to be a man in order to trick another woman into sex. She got six and a half years.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | September 28, 2018 9:36 PM |
r14 must be a bearded lady
by Anonymous | reply 19 | September 28, 2018 9:43 PM |
You answer an ad on Grindr and have sex blindfolded with a total stranger who you don't check out first - you're asking for fucking trouble.
It's the most bizarre thing I've ever heard.

they're a bit kinky.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | September 28, 2018 9:54 PM |
Hasn't there been a porn series based on this ruse? .. I'm thinking something from MEN.com.

R10 These guys wanted risky, subversive sex with strangers centered around a fantasy; they had their respective ideas of the fantasy, slick Duerte had his own idea of what the fantasy actually was. Let's not pretend these guys were drugged at a doctor's office and raped.
They didn't "check the merchandise", so to speak and entered into relations willingly before doing so. Not one of them felt the need to know exactly what they were sticking their dick into, not one of them told him to stop or stopped themselves, if something seemed off from what they were expecting, while engaged. So it wasn't like they were being forced to stay in a sexual encounter they'd made clear they wanted to end. Was Duerte a decent, trustworthy stranger? Absolutely not. Lesson learned.
I'm guessing everyone who is defending the position of the men who were tricked, would also be for jailing Trans people who have sexual relations with people who later determine their partner was a different biological sex than they were expecting?
by Anonymous | reply 25 | September 28, 2018 10:48 PM |
R26 Was it the biceps that confused them? Did he present himself as Rosie The Riveter? Or maybe they like their woman with a beard they can hold onto?
by Anonymous | reply 27 | September 28, 2018 11:05 PM |
Wait! Did you guys read the article on the woman above? I had to post some quotes--
[quote] She sobbed and wailed in the dock as the sentence was passed on Thursday, stamping her feet and crying “no”. Her mother called out: “We love you, Gayle,” as Newland was led down into the cells.
[quote] She persuaded the student to wear a blindfold whenever they met, and wore a strap-on prosthetic penis in order to dupe the woman into having penetrative sex.
[quote] The jury heard that the complainant not only wore the blindfold during sex but also for at least 100 hours when the pair were just hanging out – going for drives, sunbathing and even “watching” films together.
[quote] The student insisted she had no idea that she was actually having sex with Newland rather than “Kye” – despite the pair sharing the same birthday, likes and dislikes and apparently being on the same university course – and would not have consented had she known.
How crazy do you have to be to spend 100 hours with a complete stranger blindfolded?
by Anonymous | reply 28 | September 28, 2018 11:13 PM |
None of Mrs. Doubtfire's kids or wife knew it was him and they spent more than 100 hours with him not even blindfolded.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | September 29, 2018 1:40 AM |
What he did was wrong.....but how stupid do straight guys have to be to fall for this?
by Anonymous | reply 31 | September 30, 2018 2:31 AM |
He make Broadway play about experience?
by Anonymous | reply 32 | September 30, 2018 2:36 AM |
r33 How ridiculous. They were tricked, not raped. This smacks of homophobia on the judge's part.
[quote]Xavier, who was reported to police after one of the men he tricked removed their blindfold during sex, caused one of his victims to suffer from PTSD, the court heard. The man was diagnosed after being exposed to what he called Xavier’s “own sick fantasy” in his impact statement.
[quote]“He was so convincing. It was supposed to be a bit of honest fun between two consenting adults,” he continued. “I now have extreme stress, anxiety, panic attacks and depression. I was a people person before and loved meeting new people. Now I feel I’m carrying around a dark secret that will always be part of me. I hope one day I can learn to trust people again.”
Oh, give me a break. I would never touch pussy, but getting PTSD if a woman pretended to be a man and sucked me off? I'm not twelve.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | November 26, 2019 11:13 AM |
Here's the thing: if you agree to sex, does that mean you've made a contract to have any sort of sex your partner wants under any conditions, even if they've lied to you or tricked you? Kobe Bryant anally raped a partner that didn't want it and got away with it, basically using that argument. Julian Assange barebacked two women he'd promised to use a condom with, though this was exposing them to both unwanted pregnancy and STDs. They dropped the charges recently, so now he only has to worry about the whole collaborating with Trump and Putin to throw the 2016 presidential election thing.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | November 26, 2019 1:29 PM |
r36 None of these men were raped in that they had something done to them they hadn't consented to beforehand. The guy who withdrew his consent after seeing the truth wasn't forcibly raped afterwards either.
The tricking part should count for half a rape, I think. Give him 6 years and call it a day.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | November 26, 2019 1:34 PM |
I'm a little surprised by the sentence. What if I were to lie and say that I was 29 when I was really 51. (I could easily pass for 34.) If some 27-year-old found out he was tricked into having sex with an eldergay, can he press charges?
by Anonymous | reply 38 | November 26, 2019 1:40 PM |
that the beard is the first thing mentioned is notable
by Anonymous | reply 39 | November 26, 2019 1:41 PM |
r38 Exactly. Or a 6 posing as a 9 inviting you to his home to suck you off through a glory hole, and you find out the truth only after the fact. Do you have a legitimate case then as well, seeing how your expectations weren't met? Can I just say I have PTSD now and they'll throw that 6 in jail?
This was buyer's remorse, not rape. The sentence is homophobic.

If he was a Muslim running around stabbing people he would have gotten a slap on the wrist the victims would be ordered to apologize for offending him.
by Anonymous | reply 47 | November 26, 2019 9:27 PM |
If he was a Muslim, you would have cried and cried when they pulled him off your tiny dick and threw him off a building.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | November 26, 2019 9:36 PM |
"This guy got 15 years. "
Okay, I googled the question of how long a prison sentence a violent forcible rape conviction will get you. I got "...In general, California state laws punish a conviction of rape with a sentence of imprisonment in state prison for 3, 6 or 8 years. ". Okay, what this guy did was wrong, wrong, WRONG, but is it so incredibly wrong that it deserves a longer sentence than a violent rape?
This smacks of homophobia.
