Truth be told, especially at the post up thread near the beginning, I think Bush does get down pretty well considering. What makes it work for him more than May and other whitey whites is that Dubya has no problem whatsoever in "freeing his ass." He actually FEELS the music and just lets go. The others are trying so hard to feel something they don't really hear.
