She’s a very fortunate success case of MtF . She went to a very good Plastic Surgeon in Boston I think . Very pretty despite being huge .. but I find it odd they keep their dicks if they really want to be women . The transsexual I know ( and yes , she wants to be called a transsexual) got her penis made into a vag years ago and has slept with men who can’t tell that it’s man made . Wild stuff. Some have horror stories , however . So maybe that’s why they keep the old winkle .

The voice gives it away. Oh, and it's a HE. You can't change your chromosomes. It's impossible for humans to change their biological sex. There is no such thing as gender, just stereotypes. Biological sex is a scientific fact. Gender is not. I could say I'm a unicorn, but it wouldn't be true. Just as Gigi can say he's a woman all he wants, it still doesn't make it true.

This is how you know your friend is full of bs. There is no way in hell a fake vag comes close to a real one in shape, size and feel, no way. A real vagina has muscles, a fake one does not. Also, I have seen pics of fake vaginas (still trying to get those out of my head) and they look nothing like real ones. The men who want to fuck fake vaginas are mentally ill and/or fetishists.

“She” looks like she’s made of plastic. The people, trans or not, who have that degree of cosmetic surgery done have a very limited window of time before it all comes crashing down. I can’t imagine spending tens or even hundreds of thousands to look like a walking, talking Barbie doll for about 7 years max, but that’s the whole problem with the dysmorphic mindset, isn’t it? No matter how much they have done, they fundamentally hate their god-given bodies and any “successful” surgical transformation only gives them fleeting relief. It’s about as helpful as offering liposuction to anorexics.

what I don't understand is how these trans people, especially the younger ones, can afford all of the plastic surgery. Most young people are barely surviving, trying to get through school, etc. yet these trans people seem like they have endless amounts of money to pay for surgery. Are they all prostitutes or something?

r21, I've seen stuff online where they solicit others to fund the surgeries, think go-fund-mes and the like.

Apparently the Getty girl is also trans, she had her breasts removed and ids as a man if I'm not mistaken.
