Marilyn Monroe: 15 Female Lovers You Never Knew She Had Affairs With

“I know that I will never be happy,” said Marilyn Monroe, “but I know that I can be gay!” Those words would come back to haunt the screen goddess, because allegations of her being a lesbian have persisted for decades.

It seemed that Marilyn accepted love wherever she could find it—from her fans, from men and from women.

She carried on long relationships with women, and also had one-night stands. She was attracted to women for their looks as well as their intellect and because of what they could do for her career. In many ways, her relations with women paralleled her relations with men.

However, in many ways, Marilyn’s sensuality with women was of a varying sort from what she had with her boyfriends, husbands, and lovers. She found that she could be more open with women, and express herself more physically and spiritually. She also found partnering with women to be more satisfying, if you catch our drift. Still, women suffered at the hands of Marilyn, as she broke many hearts.

But who were these women that she spent so much time with between the sheets? We have some jaw-dropping names, and also some pics that will leave you speechless. After all, Marilyn wasn't a s*x symbol for nothing!

JACQUELINE KENNEDY!

Some people actually think that Marilyn Monroe had lesbian encounters with First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy. Bizarre, right?! Well, let’s explore the line of reasoning just for fun.

It’s a fact that Marilyn Monroe had an affair with JFK, and his brother RFK. Many think that Jackie was a poor victim in all of this. But in reality, she had extramarital affairs as well and partook in drug use courtesy of the infamous Dr. Feelgood. So some people like to believe that Jackie hopped into bed with Marilyn as a revenge hook-up against JFK. Others think that Marilyn seduced Jackie to spite JFK, or simply because she has a penchant for bedding beautiful, famous women. It has been reported that the two women did have secret meetings, so who’s to say what really went on behind closed doors? After all, Jackie was known for being frosty toward men. She and JFK didn’t share a bedroom in the White House. And she didn’t even kiss second husband, Aristotle Onassis, during their wedding ceremony. So who knows what little Miss Prissy was really into?

Wow that's a hot article.

I also heard Marilyn and Jane Russell were into lesbian scat play at the house of Max Youngstein aka Max Young, who used both women as slaves for his fetishes.

Marilyn Monroe as an insatiable lesbian is utter garbage. If there was every a woman who was really, REALLY not gay it was Marilyn Monroe. She was a slut but she was always a slut for cock.

The only documented lesbian relationship Monroe MAY have have was with her intense acting coach Natasha Lytess. By all accounts Lytess was in love with her. Reportedly she told Marilyn 'you're wonderful! I love you!", to which Marilyn replied "don't love me Natasha, just teach me." For a while Marilyn was quite dependent on Lytess; they even lived together for a while. But she eventually cut Lytess loose after becoming involved with the Actor's Studio and Lee and Paula Strasberg and never saw her or spoke to her again.

It's a delicious fantasy for some people, imagining Marilyn Monroe having sex with other women. But nothing in Monroe's life ever pointed to her having a sexual interest in women. Sorry.

How can we trust an article that says:

'One of Marilyn Monroe’s most important roles was in All About Eve. It starred Bette Davis, but the real star was Anne Baxter, an ingénue who won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for the film.'

Baxter won her supporting Oscar for The Razor's Edge 1946. She was nominated for Best Actress for 1050's All About Eve.

So there.

Marilyn was into whoever could help her career, R14.

Or whoever could help her in any other way. Picky she was not.

by Anonymousreply 16July 20, 2018 10:43 PM

Now girls, you're all jealous bitches.

by Anonymousreply 17July 20, 2018 11:23 PM

For the last time: her psychiatrist said she had a revulsion to homosexuality.

Now, this could have been self-loathing. But she was too busy trying to find "daddy" to bother with women.

by Anonymousreply 18July 20, 2018 11:27 PM

"Marilyn was into whoever could help her career."

And they were all men. The two men who were most responsible for her having a career were Nicholas Schenck and Johnny Hyde. They were both very unattractive and much older than Marilyn, but then she preferred older men.and could overlook their lack of good looks. She wanted a "daddy." Johnny Hyde was crazy in love with her. He was a sickly, balding little little man (he was not much more than 5 ft. tall) who was a powerful agent for the William Morris agency and he devoted the remainder of his life (he was frail with a heart condition) to furthering Marilyn's career. He got her her roles in "The Asphalt Jungle" and "All About Eve." He was crazy about Marilyn and begged her to marry him, telling her she'd be a rich woman when he died. But she loved him but was not IN love with him and the money didn't matter to her (she was not materialistic). She wouldn't marry him. It was really because of Johnny Hyde that people first took notice of Marilyn Monroe. He was instrumental in making her a star.

I thought she and Joan Crawford had a few "encounters". It might be in some biography of Joan Crawford that she once said something like, "I have nice tits too, but I don't go around throwing them in everyone's faces the way Marilyn does".

by Anonymousreply 20July 20, 2018 11:54 PM

I think according to her shrink, she and Crawford only fucked once. It’s total horse shit, but a funny story.

by Anonymousreply 21July 20, 2018 11:56 PM

That story about Marilyn and Joan Crawford goes like this. Marilyn ate out Joan's cunt so expertly that Joan screamed in ecstasy. Joan wanted more but for Marilyn it was only a one night stand, so Joan hated her thereafter. The story comes from "the John Miner tapes."John Miner was an old geezer who had been former Los Angeles County deputy district attorney and an investigator in the death of Marilyn Monroe. He claimed that Marilyn's psychiatrist Ralph Greenson played tapes of Marilyn's psychiatric sessions for him and that he took "extensive" and "nearly verbatim" notes of the tapes. Sure he did! The "tapes" made Marilyn sound like a bubble headed nympho; I guess that was what Minor thought would make it seem as though the tapes were believable. At one point she tells Greenson she'd love to fuck him but since he's an ethical doctor she knows he won't go for that. A NY Time reporter named Robert W. Welkos wrote that "to accept Miner's story, one must take a leap of faith — he is the only one still alive who claims to have heard the tapes." So the only proof that Miner offers is that you just have to take his word for it. Miner is dead now; I think he just wanted some fame before his died, hence his totally unsubstantiated claims.

Joan Crawford DID hate Marilyn Monroe but it was due to jealousy, not sexual frustration. Joan was jealous of Norma Shearer and Jean Harlow, too. Joan was SO fucked up.

Jane Fonda wanted Marilyn. She is on record stating she watched Some Like It Hot just to see her breasts and expressed a desire to motorboat her. I have to think if there was any truth to Marilyn being into women they would have hooked up at some point since they knew each other. Fonda is a very sexy woman.

Over the years, Marilyn Monroe worked with acting coaches. It was said that she was terribly insecure about her acting ability, and the fact that she was beautiful only compounded the matter because she thought that she wasn’t taken seriously as a film actress due to her looks. One acting coach was a woman by the name of Natasha Lytess. According to reports, Marilyn moved in with her because she “gave her the kind of love she desperately needed, and didn't get from men!” When Marilyn was questioned about why she would be intimate with a woman, she apparently said with a shrug, “S*x is something you do with people you love. What could be wrong with a natural act?”
