I never thought by clicking on that link I'd find out Steve Brookstein has blocked me on twitter.

He has always struck me as a bitter, angry, probably alcoholic, old queen.

I don't get that he is outing Simon Cowell. The only reference I saw to Cowell was a reference to his girlfriends molesting Brookstein.

After watching the Thoreau documentary with Max Clifford, I fully believe Simon Cowell is gay.

Steve Brookstein won the UK X Factor. He was an awful Michael Bolton type who only won because Sharon Osborne (the female judge) verbally attacked him during the final and he got the sympathy vote. He bombed into obscurity after and complained bitterly about it on social media.

Anyway, the two male judges were Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh. I'm not saying Cowell seems straight but Louis Walsh is a well-known closet case who never even had pretend girlfriends or anything and just refuses to discuss it.

Steve was a winner of an early season of the X Factor talent show, and had a moment of fame before everyone forgot about him. Apparently, in the intervening decade, he’s been honing his skill as an internet troll, and he had one of his greatest hits last week.

It’s hard to feel pity for a fallen star who behaves so poorly, and hard to feel much enthusiasm for Twitter as a platform where that kind of speech is par for the course.

And to pre-empt the obvious - 16 is the age of consent in the UK, and the youngest member of One Direction was 16 when it started.
