All I see is porn all around, lots of it here, I block and block and block, it was much less two and five years ago.

No, we've had more porn threads in the past. I wouldn't say there's a shortage of porn but I noticed we don't get the threads on Tumblr porn that we used to.

And the ones we DO get fill up a lot more slowly (some of the active threads have been around for a year or more, b/c they don't fill up as quickly).

Remember when the "Presenting their dicks" thread first hit? I think we had a sequence of three whole threads in one week. You can still find half a dozen or more of them with the search function (all closed at 600 posts)

I rarely follow the porn threads anymore because of the desensitization of Internet porn. There are just hundreds of thousands of muscle twink/jock models and porn stars. It just blends together, especially with the advent of Instagram. Every muscly 20-30 year old is a fitness model now, and for a few bucks a month, I can watch him stroke his very average equipment.

Tumblr is a PITA now, with its multi-step access feature. I simply do not bother with it any longer.

As for porn on DL, the circumcision v. uncircumcision issue is a problem. I wish there were segregation, and then no one would have to mock anyone else's preference. Admittedly, no one [bold]has[/bold] to mock the other penile style, but we do.

Sean Cody and Corbin Fisher were notable back in the day because they were doing something fresh--unscripted "straight" guys, just being themselves, not playing a character, doing Real World style interviews and trying out gay sex (on camera anyway) It all seemed way more "real" than earlier porn which was scripted and you got a sense that you were getting to know the actors.

Now all those sites are factories, the novelty has worn off and many of their models are doing solo stuff on their own. And when any new video shows up on MyVidster an hour or two after release, a lot of guys don't see the point in paying for it.

Then you have the Instagram Ho threads which rapidly turn into bizarre scenes where guys who, even if they're not your ideal dude, are clearly 9s and 10s, are being taken down by a bunch of freaks for having eyes that are too wide or noses that have slight bumps, nipples that aren't symmetrical ... all of which sounds like "this guy would look right through me but I'm going to tell you why I wouldn't be into him even if he did."
