For some clarification I just read the wikipedia entry about Sam's App power. I knew it was only good for the first 4 evictions, but I didn't realize that if she doesn't choose to use it by the 3rd eviction, then it is automatically gives the Week 4 evictee a chance to get back in the game, regardless of whether she chooses to or not.

So this week would be the last week she can make a conscious decision to aid someone with it. However it seems she doesn't care for Brett so if he's the one evicted, then she'll probably let the default happen next week.

A very similar experience happened to me in college, where I was the "Winston".

I figure that's got to be it, though. Winston is kind of old to still be in denial. (I was 18-19 when I went through it, where I knew I was attracted to guys, but I kept thinking my attraction to girls would suddenly "kick in", as it did for my buddies a few years earlier.) But we're all different, all from different backgrounds and families, all live through different experiences, so if Winston is still working through it, so be it. I wish him well.
