The old lady hands give everything away, though. She has the money - why not have them rejuvenated as well?

Madonna has entered her Zsa Zsa phase.

I think she looks great for her age. I love the tipping/stripes on her suit. This appears to be a big improvement in her fashion IMHO. She for once appears age appropriate and not slutty!

All the work she's had done makes her look older than her age.

Madonna is now 'elderly'. We're all doomed.

Looking at all the rings on her fingers I remember that someone on DL who worked in a hospital said to be wary of people who wear multiple rings.

Lots of rings on fingers makes me think of old ladies, very old ladies.

I like it. She should stop right here, and not another thing. She was looking hideous moon face for a while. You can still tell she's had tons done, but at least she looks somewhat normal, considering the damage she's done. Quit now, girl.

She doesn't look great by any means, but I don't think she looks horrible. She's pushing 60. Big thing for her is whether she can avoid the urge to undergo repeated major facial surgery.

Madonna could have been a fun elder celeb if she could just open up and reminisce about her past and laugh at some of the stuff from when she was at the top of the world; tell some good stories about all the things she saw and people she met.

R29 So agree with this. Madonna could be fun if she wasn't always trying to gross people out. If she was more low key about how she dressed, and gave up trying to be so commercial on the music side, she could still be cool and re-invent herself as a stylish and glam survivalist type of celebrity the same way Marianne Faithfull or Debbie Harry did.

I heard the hand stuff is pretty painful.

She's not aging well.

The facelift is better than the fillers.

Except Zsa Zsa at age 60 still looked relatively fresh, beautiful and surgically(except for that nose) unaltered. She also wasn't afraid to carry a few extra pounds which always plumps out wrinkles.

In the 3rd pic especially, Madonna's starting to look like Grandma Yetta from "The Nanny".

One more facelift and she'll have a goatee.
