I don't know about their food,but without a doubt, Chick-fil-a has the best customer service. The staff is always attentive , prompt and polite. They must have a helluva training program. They're kind of like the anti-McDonalds.

Market Force surveyed more than 7,500 consumers to create a snapshot of America's fast-food preferences with its 2019 Fast Food Market Research Report, released Friday. Chick-fil-A scored a 79 percent Composite Loyalty Index, while In-N-Out scored 73 percent.

The survey showed Chick-fil-A also bested competitors in the areas of customer service, curb appeal and speed of service.

Chick-fil-A is on track to generate more than $10.4 billion in sales, Fox Business reported. An impressive feat, considering the chain is closed on Sundays and has drawn criticism in recent years for CEO Dan Cathy's stance on LGBT rights.

In-N-Out lost the overall favorite title and fell to third -- placing behind chicken finger chain Raising Canes. However, it remained first place in the burger category. It also managed to best Chick-fil-A in value for money spent.

In other categories, customers named Jersey Mike's as their favorite sandwich chain, Chipotle the best Mexican chain, Blaze Pizza the top pizza chain and Krispy Kreme as the best in the coffee and bakery.
