I'm not even sure how they did it. One of them is so fat that I had a hard time pulling him out.
It's my first time living by myself and my two cats are driving me crazy. They keep me up at night with their fighting. I finally had to give them to my mom temporarily.

I was washing windows a couple of weeks ago. I forgot to pull down the screen when I was done cleaning on one of the second floor windows, the same window where my guy likes to perch and stare out at the world. Unbeknownst to me, he had fallen out the window, scraping his nose either on the exterior bricks on the way down, or on impact when he finally landed. I didn't even realize he was gone until I heard a cat meowing outside. Yes, I know I am a terrible, negligent pet owner, but what if I had a small child and he fell out the window instead of the cat. I'm sure the CPS would have been called.

Thanks for your concern, R8. I picked up him and hugged him, and he didn't cry out in pain, so I was certain no bones were broken or there no internal injuries. I brought him in the house and he ate a big dinner and then slept from about 6PM straight thru to 7AM the next morning. And the injury to his face has healed and the fur has grown back.
