If this is true, doesn't it fit the definition of a crime against humanity? A deliberate act done as part of a systematic campaign directed against a specific group of civilians that causes widespread suffering. If there is enough proof that this is really happening, an international court could get involved.

This does make me wonder: How do the agents taking care of these children know about their medical history and any drugs (insulin?) they actually DO need to be taking? Um.... it's the other way around. The IG report said exactly what Democrats predicted it would say. It was Republicans who were hoping for a smoking gun that they could use against Mueller. They didn't get it, which is why some of them are now claiming that the real report wasn't released, that it was watered down for political reasons.
