Question for Pennsylvanians/people in his district - is Sims an effective legislator? I’m in NYC, but I’ve met him a handful of times over the last 6 or so years here when friends or friends of friends have hosted private fundraisers for him. Yes, he is handsome and charming - even flirty - but I always got an “empty suit” vibe off him. I could be way off the mark - maybe he keeps it vague outside of PA, and goes specific, issue wise, in PA. I’d be very interested to hear what Pennsylvanians who know him, have met him, and know state politics think of him as a legislator.
