Something is very seriously up with this woman - there is something about her - not so much that she has handlers but that SHE is the handler - this goes back to her family connections. Depends on whether she did it: was she married to TC first before meeting HW? If so then I doubt she touched him, she probably got a free pass just for being with TC - a form of torture in itself. I do think she knew about the woman who have been tormented by HW, though.

I doubt she will be held accountable, harder to prove that someone knew about it and didn't report. Look how long it took for him to be arrested! Dreadful! Basically they are prostitutes at another level. I know this sounds like something from Mars but it is possible some of them liked him, might have even been flattered by the attention and kindness he seemed to show his interest. Its possible he might have even pleased a few of them in bed. I know everyone wants to run shreeking from the mere thought of this - but it is possible he had drugs, drink and sweet promises of some big fame and movie action and some of the ladies didn't hate the job. It seemed to pay very very well for some of them. Sounds like he went too far. (I am female by the way) I want to add this - in my experienced some women will play to get ahead and what ever their back ground are not naive about what is going on - unfortunately they sometimes set the trap for the girls that come along that are naive, that don't know how the game is played or even that there is a game. It depends on where you come from, some went to Hollywood to increase their hustle game - some went to Hollywood not understanding there was a Hustle game. This is how it works in real life too, people trade in commadities even in small little towns. Why are we acting so shocked?
